"Woah." Jiwon gasped loudly as she saw who was behind the door.

You held Baekhyun's hand tighter, cheeks flushing as your friend coughed to the side. She opened the door wider to let you two pass, but not without widening her eyes at you. You just shook your head to whatever she has in mind.

"Should I head out first?" She raised her eyebrows, amused at how you were acting clingy with Baekhyun and not the other way around.

"Where are you going? He's just going to stay for a bit—" You stopped yourself when the said man tugged your hand. His eyes were waiting for you to say something. You glanced at Jiwon with a hesitant smile. "—we'll just be talking about some serious...matters."

"Uhuh. I'll head out for a while then. I'm going to buy ramen. Want some?" Jiwon smirked as she grabbed her coat and wallet by the shoe rack. Baekhyun silently took off his shoes as you talked with your friend, letting you pull your hand away for a bit. "Hmm, will 2 hours be enough? I think he can finish you up in less than an hour—"

"Jiwon!"

You quickly glanced at your man, watching as his shoulders moved from placing his shoes on the side. He must have heard that from how loud your friend's voice was. You tsked at your friend before pushing her out of the door.

"We're not doing what you think we are—"

"Yes, yes. I'll just stay at the store and use their wifi to watch the new episode of my favorite drama." She waved her hand as she winked at you. You just shook your head while watching her dance her way outside. "If you need protection, I still have a box on my bedside table! Strawberry flavored by the way!"

"SHUSH! The neighbors will hear you, dumbass!" You whispered violently as your cheeks went red fully. You could hear Baekhyun laughing inside as he walked to the living room. "Idiot."

Closing the front door, you felt it heavier to push as the second-hand embarrassment burdened you to face the man in your home. You knew how Jiwon was shameless, but this was different. You can't believe her mouth!

"Uhm, have you eaten dinner?" You awkwardly started a conversation as you placed your shoes by the side. Glancing at the living room, you saw that Baekhyun was already sitting at the couch with his coat on his side, leaning his back against the cushion. He looks so exhausted, and all you wanted to do was to lull him to sleep so he can rest. "Or do you want to take a nap first while I change?"

He looked up at you when he heard your careful steps towards the couch. You mindlessly arranged the disarrayed pillows before looking back at him. He just spread his arms on his side as if inviting you to rest on them. You quickly looked up at the clock and saw that it was already 7:30 in the evening.

"I think we need to have dinner first before we cuddle." You slowly said as you sat beside him and rested your head on his arm anyway. "But we can cuddle for a few minutes then."

"Good choice." Baekhyun automatically wrapped his arm around you and pulled you closer to him, his nose nuzzling against the top of your head. You closed your eyes as you took in his warm manly scent, shamelessly placing your hand on his other shoulder. "Should I be nervous?"

Your eyebrows furrowed at his sudden question, making you look up at him in confusion. His eyes were already on yours, his lips adorably pouting. You couldn't see anything but gentleness and curiosity in his eyes. You loved being stared at by him, but at the same time, you felt too bare that you wanted to hide.

"Nervous?"

"With what you'll be telling me later."

You almost forgot. Seeing your eyes widen a bit, Baekhyun chuckled as he caressed your arm for warmth. His eyes darted to every corner of your face while smiling. You could feel the beating of his heart pounding against his chest, making you wonder if he really gets nervous whenever he's around you.
