Chapter 23

"Tew?" Kong peaked his head inside the cabin after opening the door. Tew's eyes widen comically by kong sudden visit, "Vow!! Kongpop, what a surprise? Welcome" Tew moves the files from his lap to his desk and stood from his chair.

Kong walks to the latter desk and stood still,  awkwardly eying Tew assistant who was also present in the room. "Dae, could you give us a moment! We will continue this later." Tew comments his assistant before offering the chair to Kong.

"Kong, what's the matter man?" Tew asked after a moment of silence. He even suggested a coffee but kong rejected it politely.

Kong face was pale, his eyes were red without sleep, the dark circles made him look like a panda.

"Tew... I want you to transfer my shares." Kong tossed the bomb for Tew to gasp in amazed. "Kongpop, David sir didn't inform me-..."

"No! Dad doesn't know and I want... you to keep it away from him... at least for a week," Kong said keeping his gaze straight on Tew dumbfounded eyes. Kong is certain that before a week he could change his cruel fate.

Tew loosened his professional demeanour before releasing a sigh. "Kong did you had any fight with your dad?" Tew asked his friend giving him all his attention.

"No! Tew I want you to trust me on this.. please, could you first tell me how many shares are under my name?."

"I am sure you are gonna regret this!!" Tew loosened his tie before surprising kong with the amount.

"I have 35%? How? Did my dad already transfer his share?!" Kong asked with round eyes, as per his knowledge he must have around 20.

"No! It was your grandparent's! Your father didn't adopt May at that time so your grandparents transfer their all share solely on your name and your parents decided to keep it that way, your mother shares transferred equally to you and May, By the way,  you will not get a share or even a penny from your father!" Tew said nonchalantly not giving the full details.

Kong nodded his head and asked Tew to write a will where after his disappearance from the world, his share will transfer equity under Beam, May and Anu name.

Tew tried to make kong open up the reason for his sudden urge but the latter coldly ignored his all pleadings. Without a choice, Tew prepared a sheet and collected kong signature in all papers to proceed further.

Kong slammed on his chair rotating the chair away from the desk facing the window. He closed his eyes and questioned himself, is he doing the right thing? Is it insane to think he could get out of Jonath grip without anyone's help?

His bewildered thoughts were cut short by his phone ring. He answered not minding to check the caller id.

"Hey honey"

Kong snapped his eyes open with an agitated chill. He didn't acknowledge the latter.

"I am happy that you finally understood my power honey, even, go as far as to write a will! I am petrified!" Jonath chuckle echoed through the phone. Kong tightly clutched the phone while his other hand hold the desk.

How is it possible? He was careful and Tew firm is a very secure one! Then how the hell Jonath knows about his visit with Tew? Kong couldn't able to compromise on how Jonath knowing about his every move.

"I know what you are thinking! But you betrayed me once and failed me kongpop. And because of you, the trust I build with my father crumbled to dust. Yet, I can't hate you! I love you, I am coarse when it comes to you baby." Jonath sincere confession made the other party sick.
