I pull up into the driveway before heading inside. I have to admit I still wasn't used to my house here, it was so much bigger than my mum's. My favourite part though was the staircase, it was defiantly the feature point of our house and was the first thing you saw when you entered through the door.

I begin walking up the stairs, I knew pops would be in his office, so before turning to my room, I quickly pop my head round the door.

'Hi pops'

'Hello, how was your day?' He asks with a smile.

'Good thankyou, I even got invited to a party tonight, can I go?' I ask with a pleading look in my eye that I know he won't be able to resist.

'I knew you'd get on just fine here, of course you can sweetie. But be quiet coming in later, I'll probably be asleep' he laughs.

I give him a quick kiss on the cheek before laughing 'I'm going to get ready, I'll shout when I'm going'

After taking a quick shower I return to my room and sit on my bed waiting for myself to dry. The walls are a deep shade of purple and on the back wall I have strings of fairy lights and clipped between the lights are some pictures that hold a thousand memories. Everything else is fairly organised, I'm not one for clutter which explains why my room is all neatly arranged. My phone lights up from desk, I grab it and see I have a text from an unknown number:

the log house by sunset view, 7:00 - Grayson x

Sunset view is a nickname for the hill a couple of blocks away, quite self explanatory really, that hill gives extraordinary views of the sun. Kinda figures being the principle's son he wouldn't have a party at his own house. I take a glance at the clock and see it's 6:00 and begin to get ready.

--

I take one final look in the mirror. My normal curly hair is now straight and even longer with the top half tied with a bow so it's out of my face. Deciding to go simple with the make up, I just went for my basic look but with a bit of eye shadow and winged eyeliner to make my eyes pop, finished with a light pink lip. My favourite part of my look is defiantly my outfit; a white laced bralette and a high waisted white skater skirt (inspired by the outfit shown) paired with my silver glittery converse. Satisfied with my look I head downstairs and after a quick good bye to pops I'm out the door and walking down to sunset view.

My teeth begin to chatter.. I was too busy making sure I looked good that I forgot it was autumn. Although it wasn't freezing, there was a cold breeze that kept hitting me. Rubbing my arms, I pick up my pace and soon enough I get used to the cold air.
--
Finally I reach the house, the music's not too loud, but you can hear the faint voice of The Weeknd in the background. A sudden mixture of nerves and excitement rush through my body as I enter the house. People are everywhere, drinking, dancing, making out, a typical party scene really.

Upon seeing Holly's red hair, that's tied in a high pony, I go over to the table she's stood by with Caylen&Tyler.

'Hey guys, where's Isla&Isaac?' I ask whilst grabbing a drink. I take a sip and as I swallow the sweet liquid I realise it's cherry vodka. From parties back home I was quite an expert in both knowing my drinks and handling them..all comes with experience I guess..and I've had a lot.

'Isla wasn't allowed, her mom's super strict on these things and Isaac never comes to parties' Holly explains. 'You look amazing btw' she adds.

'Yeah I totally agree' Tyler adds.

'Thanks guys' I smile. 'Howcome Isaac never comes? He sure seems the type to enjoy one' I question.

'We don't know,he always comes up with some lame excuse so now we don't even bother asking' Caylen shrugs.

'Ahh well, his loss, let's enjoy ourselves' I squeal before doing a spin, grabbing Holly in the process so we can dance.

--

'Boo' the contact of the cold hand on my bare shoulder is enough to make me shiver never mind the scare. I turn around to see Grayson laughing. 'Too easy Aria, too easy'

'I could have guessed' I laugh. 'But don't do that again I'm scared easily' I scold. Taking a moment to admire his looks; he's in black skinny jeans with a grey hoodie over the top. How does one rock this casual look so well?!
Clearly Grayson had been doing the same thing, as he compliments 'You're looking fine tonight'

'You don't look too bad yourself either' I tease.

'If I'm honest I didn't think you'd actual come' he admits

'Like I said, who wouldn't miss a party?'

'So you're used to partying huh?' He asks intrigued.

I take a gulp of my drink, 'you could say that'

'You're hiding something Aria and it's now become my mission to find out what' he states confidentially.

'Good luck trying to find out something that doesn't exist' and with that I turn on my heels and go back to my friends.

--

'Okay, how come on you're 4th drink you are just a tiny bit tipsy but Holly here is a total mess' Caylen whines, currently holding Holly up in his arms.

'Becauuuse Caylen' Holly slurs, pointing Caylen's nose, 'Aria is different, she's from the UK' she then says with an attempt of the British accent, 'she's unique' Holly then starts to cuddle Into Caylen's neck before crying 'I wish I was unique but I'm just the same old American like everyone body else'

'Hey it's fine Hols, you're very unique don't worry' I pat her back before looking back to Caylen, 'we partied back home, I guess I just learnt to hold myself well'

'Well I think I'm gonna take Holly home now, you gonna be alright? Ty's around somewhere' he says looking around.

'Yeah I'll be fine, I'll find him, you go'

--

Rather than finding Tyler, I decided to just go and dance for a bit. I'm not quite sure who I've been dancing with, everyone is just a sweaty body around me, as gross as that sounds.

But there's only so much sweat and testosterone you can take. After pushing away the 3rd guy who had tried to make out with me I decide to head upstairs to get away from everyone for a minute.

I enter one of the rooms but my feet suddenly stop and don't go any further. A picture frame sits on the table next to the door frame and my stomach knots. My breathing hitches and everyone starts to become black. I feel myself rocking in dizziness, that's when the blackness suffocates me and I pass out..
