you feel yourself jolt awake from a loud scream

you were still in a state of sleep so you keep your eyes shut, but you were awake

"LETSSGOOO" you hear

"I BEAT YOU GUYS HAHA, STOP WHINING SUCK IT UP, THAT WAS EPIC" he continues

"THAT WAS AWESOME, Y/N DID YOU SEE THAT" he says turning to you, only to realise that you were "asleep"

"oh shit" he says under his breath

he turns back to his pc

"hey guys im gonna end the stream here, george, sapnap shut up" he says softly, not wanting to wake you up

"what do you mean by why do i have to leave, do you see the time?" he says answering to sapnap's question

"plus y/n is sleeping right next to me, i dont want to wake her up" he says

he says his byes to his chat and ends the stream, turning off his pc right after

you hear him get up from his chair, the next thing you know you feel his presense beside you

he bends down and places a soft kiss on your forehead, "sleep tight" he says softly

he hear him open the door of his room quietly, leaving

you open your eyes the second you hear the door shut

your cheeks felt hot, you feel a smile creep up to your face

"that was cute" you say softly, sitting down

you get up and open the door, walking down the stairs, expecting to see him at the kitchen, but he wasnt there

you walk around the kitchen, no sign of him, your eyes go to the huge glass door which faced the pool outside

there he was, sitting in the pool, his back leaning against the pool wall, facing you, his head thrown back, elbows holding him up

you walk over to the door, opening it slowly hoping to not make any noise

but it made a soft noise, causing clay to look over at you, he shot you a smile, you smile back at him

you slide the door close and walk over to him slowly, the cold wind and atmosphere hitting you

it was so peaceful, there was soft music playing in the background

he watches you as you walk over to him

taking in every detail about you

how your hair was slightly messy, how your eyes were shining because of the light coming from the moon, how the smile on your face brought our your faint dimples

how you were perfect

you walk over to where clay was and sat on the edge of the pool next to him, letting your legs dangle of the edge so that your legs could feel the warmth of the pool

"heyy" he say softly, "hey" you say softly giggling

"how was your nap?" he asks looking up at you

"it was good" you reply watching the ripples that were getting created everytime you swung your legs back and forth

"you know, i made the biggest clutch just now" he says softly

"yeah i know" you say

wait you were sleeping. he didnt know you saw that

"you know?" he asks looking at you

"yeah i did, you did great" you say slightly laughing at his reaction

"i thought you were asleep?" he asks

"i wasnt, i mean i was but your scream woke me up" you say

"wait that means you" you says but stops

he was talking about the kiss he gave you on your forehead

you look away trying not to laugh at his reaction

"oh yeah? you wanna laugh? we'll see whos laughing" he says

"what do yo-" before you could finish your sentence clay pulls you into the water fully clothed

you surface yourself, "oh my god you mother fucker" you say slightly shouting

you grab onto clay, realising that you cant reach the bottom of the swimming of the pool

"this is the deep side too" you say struggling to hold onto him

clay laughs as he pulls your arms over his shoulder and wraps your legs around his waist

he lets his arms rest on your waist

"youre an asshole, why are you laughing, i fucking hate you" you say trying to keep a serious tone.

clay's laughter slowly dies down, "oh come on you know that not true" he says

"oh come on, you know you're enjoying this" he says softly, looking into your eyes

"you know you want me" he says softer
"i'd have to be stupid to be enjoying this" you say

"i'd have to be a fool to want you, after everything" you say softly looking into his eyes
