Sohye groaned when she was yet again thrown like some trash. Holding her arm which hit the solid she tried not to cry.
She looked around and she was surprised to see she was back. Back in Seoul at the bus station.
"Wait whoever is doing this, I have a car" She said talking to herself as she sighed very tired from all the chaotic teleportation. Sohye checked the time and she gasped. It had only been and hour from when she found the locket.
Her phone ringed and she frowned when seeing it was her mother. She picked it up putting the device next to her ear, "Sohye Jeongguk has to be taken to surgery"

Amongst all the visit to the past she had almost forgotten about her present and what was going on.
Sohye Jeongguk has to be taken to surgery.
Tears streamed down her cheeks as she rushed past the many people and straight towards his room. From the shaking voice of her mother the situation didn't sound any good to her.
Upon reaching the room Sohye quickly opened the door panting as her eyes landed on Jeongguk's weak form on the bed. His brother was here too sitting beside his mother along with both of their parents. She sniffled walking up to him as he sadly eyed her knowing how much pain it was causing her to see him like this.
"The cancer has to be removed now as you can see his deteriorating condition" The nurse who stood by the door explained with sad eyes as she gave Jeongguk a medicine and helped him swallow it. "The operation theatre will be ready in a few minutes"
With a last sentence she bowed and left closing the door behind. Sohye held his hand smiling through tears, "I know you can do this baby. I trust you"
Jeongguk didn't say anything simply staring at her with hesistant eyes. He gripped on his hand tighter and Sohye's brows furrowed when seeing him give her an unexplainable look. Before she said anything few staff came inside gently wheeling him away.
Sohye had an unsettling feeling in her chest. She saw Jeongguk and ran up to him. "I'll be waiting for you"
"What if I don't come back" Her heart broke into millions of pieces at his fragile tone and at what he said.
"No!" She exclaimed crying "You have to. You promised me you would never leave me alone"
Jeongguk felt his eyes sting, tears threatening to fall out.
"You're the only reason stopping me from getting lost in the world out their Jeongguk." She was vulnerable and Jeongguk could see it "Please fight for yourself. Fight for us."
Jeongguk took her hand into his locking his little finger with hers. She looked up through her tears as he smiled weakly, "I love you."
His whisper was the last thing she heard when his strecher was pulled inside the dreaded room.
