The two Gilbert siblings finally made it home after waiting at the grill for hours waiting for news, Vicky was unconscious but stable. Nova hoped for her brothers sake that Vicky would pull through. Even though nova hated the girl with a passion and wished she would go and steal someone else's boyfriend she hoped for Matt's sake as well , Matt has always been there for nova even when he and Elena called it quits. Matt was like a brother to the Gilbert girl. And she never wanted to see him In pain.
Nova walked through her bedroom door after making sure Jeremy was ok. She had no doubt in her mind that he loved Vicky, even though she knew that Vicky didn't deserve her brother.
She walked to her bed and sat down running a hand through her messy locks a habit that she's had since she was little. She pulled off her boots and took off all of her jewelry and set them on her nightstand. She begrudgingly walked over to het bathroom and turned the shower on. She let the steam fill the bathroom and stepped in when the hot water hit her skin she felt her muscles relax and let out a content sigh. She quickly showered and wrapped herself in a white fluffy towel and hesitantly walked out of the warm bathroom into her cold bedroom.
She walked to her dresser and pulled out a pair of dark green plaid boxers and a sports bra an pulled them on quickly.
Nova shivered at the sudden breeze of cool air and turned around to find that her bedroom window was wide open. That's odd, I thought I closed it nova thought to herself. She shrugged and walked over to close it and walked sluggishly to her bed. She got under her covers enjoying the cool feeling of the crisp sheets and as soon as her head hit the pillow she was sound asleep.
