New School Year & New Classes

ASHTON'S POV

"Ashton!"

"Lucy!" I quickly went up to hug my best friend.

"I've missed you soooo much!" Lucy said as we separated from our hug.

"Bruh, we saw each other like 4 days ago." I said.

"I know, I know. But can't a friend miss you??" She questioned.

"True, true." I quickly hugged her and squealed. "Can you believe we're in 8th grade now!!" I said proudly. "Yup, all the new kids this year, the 'respect' we'll get, more activities! I can't wait." Lucy responded.

Yup... the new friends. That kinda scared me. Espicially since Lucy is a bit more popular than me, I know that at one point she'll leave me and I'll be alone. I just hope it's not going to be this year.

"So what classes did you get?" I asked Lucy. She looked through her binder which she had out," uhhh, first period English, then have Algebra, P.E, Science, then Lunch, oh cool my 5th period is art, then I have History,and lastly I have advisory."

"What??" No... this couldn't be happening. "We have nothing together!" I pulled out my schedule and put it next to hers. "I have first period Algebra, then History, then science, then uhhh P.E, Lunch, wait... what the fuck is leadership?? okay whatevers, then I have English, and Advisory." I said panicked

"Okay, hold up, who do you have Advisory with?" Lucy asked to calm me down. I looked back at my schedule," uh... Mr.Aguilar. Who do you have?" Lucy looked down back at hers.

She looked back up at me, with a sad face. "I have Ms.Reyes. I'm sorry Ashton." she hugged me for 5 seconds until I said," This isn't your fault. It's the schools fault."

"You are so right.Lets go into the dean's office and tell him to change your classes." And with that Lucy pulled my arm as we walked to his office.

When we got there Lucy knocked on the door loudly," Come in." the dean said. I opened the door and we stepped inside slowly. "Hello girls, what is it I can do for you?" he asked us. "you tell him." I said to Lucy," no you tell him." she told me. "C'mon, this was your idea, you tell him." she sighed and stepped closer to his desk. "Mr.Anderson, if it wouldn't be much trouble, can you change Ashton's classes so that she can be with me?" Lucy said carefully.

"Hmmmm... I'm not sure. Can you both give me your schedules?" He asked us both. We did what we were told and handed him our schedules. He quickly looked at both and sighed. "I'm sorry girls. I can't do that."

"Why not?!" Lucy whined. I shushed Lucy. as Mr.Anderson continued. " Lucy your class is full, which means that Ashton can't be placed there. Ashton your class is the class that we will be using in case any new students come during the middle of the year. I'm sorry. And I can't move you, Lucy, into Ashton's class either. But good luck with your first day of school girls." and with that we both stormed out of his office.

"Aghhhh... that's so not fair!" Lucy yelled. "Girl... yyou're gonna be okay, you have more friends than me, you'll find someone to be with." I said to try to calm her down. "You're right, Ash. And you'll find someone too. I know you will." she said.

"C'mon, let's go find some cute guys before the bell rings." Typical Lucy.

Wey Hey, you guys. I'm glad you're reading my story. I have so much planned out for it, and remember the stories timeline starts from 2013!!! I know it's 2015, but this story starts off in 2013. Okay... I have big things for this and it HAS to start off with 2013 to make sense.
