CHAPTER 8

Nandini was sleeping .....when Manik walked inside with a tray...and kept it on the side table and walked towards the window and opened the curtains ....Nandini slowly opened her eyes

"good morning " she said yawning

"Good morning.. " Manik replied smiling and forwarded her the tea ...she took from him..and drank it

"Freshen up and come down for breakfast.." He said she nodded....Manik smiled at her and left ...Nandini stood up and walked inside the washroom

Manik came down in kitchen

"Mmmm....so what should i prepare🤔" je thought his eyes fell on the potatos he smiled

"Lets meke aloo paratha " he decided and  took some potatos and washed them and put it in  the cooker...and then he took out the flour jar and sighed in irritation coz it was empty..he looked in the cabinets to find for some flour ...his eyes fell on the jar which was at the highest shelf ...he serched for stool but didn't find it so he stood on his toes and tried to reach there...he succeeded in that but unfortuntely the jar slipped down his hands and the flour fell down on him

"Urgghhh" he cursed

"Haha ha ha ha" he looked up to saw Nandini... She was laughing holding her stomach... For a moment he got lost in her ...he watched her million dollar smile...her face which was glowing.. He kept staring at her and smiled

But then reality struck at him..he realised that she was laughing at him "What's so funny?" He asked

She walked towards him laughing
"You...you look like a panda" she said between her laugh

"What" he frowned

"Yeah...same like panda black and white" she said and burst into laughter again

(A/N:manik was wearing a black shirt)

"Stop laughing " he warned but she ignored it and continued laughing

Manik looked around his eyes fell on the jar fallen down he picked it uo and pour the left over flour on her

"What the......"
She looked towards him in anger

"Now laugh! " Manik said keeping his hand on his waist and smirking where as nandini glared at him

"Now uh look like a polar bear" he said and burst into laugh ruvved het tumeric full hands on his face

Nandini poted angrily and start searching for something on the kitchen slab her eyes fell on the tumeric  box... She smirked evily and look towards manik

"Manik" he looked towards her between his laughs and boom...she would not caught and here started the chasing game

"What the....." He said and touched his face

"Tumeric.. " he asked she smirked

"You are gone... " He said and ran behind her... Nandini ran from him...so that

At last Manik hold her hand and pulled her towards himself and it resulted in both falling with Nandini on top...

Manik turned the position and hover upon her."

Tere kareeb aa rahu hu...khud se main door ja raha hu ..ye bewajah to nhi hai
Tu jo mila

Now run"he said and came closer too her lips she closed her eyes tightly
Manik applied the tumeric on her both  cheeks rubbing his cheeks with her and smirked looking at her

Dheere dheere se tera hua
Haule haule se tera hua
Rafta Rafta tera hua
Tere bin mai hu benisha

They both stared into each other eyes all lost ....They both came back into their senses due to the cooker whistle

Manik stood up and gave his hand to her ...she took it and stood up

"I m sorry " he said she just nodded

"This mess" Manik said pouting looking around the on the floor which was covered of flour Nandini smiled at his pouting and said

"I'll help uh" she said manik looked towards her and smiled "Thank u" he said she smiled back

And they both cleaned the kitchen and went up for freshing up and ordered food from outside.
