But Manik turned back..and pecked her lips "Now bye.." He said running Nandini shook his head in disbeleif
"All the best " she shouted
"Thank u" he shouted back

It was 6 in the evening ...The whole day Nandini passed reading novel....Manik texts her time to time which made her happy but in last 1 hour he hadn't send any text ...Nandini sighed when her Novel ended...she huffed
She stood and walked towards the book shelf which was in Manik's room...she searched for something intresting and at last she selected A walk to remember

She walked back in her room and excitedly opened the book and start reading it....when a paper type something fell down from the book she frowned and pick up the paer it was a photograph

She caressed Manik photo smiling and kissed it ..but frowned seeing the person beside him
"Must be Manik's wife" she murmured
"But i think i have seen her..somewhere" she thought
"But where " she wondered and focus on mind trying to remember flashes of that day ...their entwined hands ...her running came in her mind
"Aaahhhhh" she shouted having headache due to stressing her mind ...she massaged her forehead .
"Beep" she heard Manik's car horn...she put the pic back in the book and carried the book with her downstairs thinking that she will ask manik about her
"Ding dong" she kept the book on table and walked towards the door....and opened it ...Manik on seeing her immediately picked her up and twirled her
"Nandini i m soo happy today "he said twirling her
" Manik put me down"she said..manik put her down
"Now tell what happened? " she asked smiling...Manik hugged her
"Nandini i got selected for the albu." He said broking the hug
"Really " she asked he nodded
"You know next week is the recording.. " He kept on blabbering all things
Nandini's pov:
I don't think i should mention her right now..Manik told me that she has left him...manik loved her but she left..i don't think i should give him any sadness right now..

"mmm....manik tum fresh ho jao..mai khana laga deti hu" she said manik nodded
"Okk"he ran upstairs

" Manik what are uh doing"Nandini asked manik who was working on laptop
"Mmm nothing just memorising the lyrics.." He said looking at the screen
"You sleep" he added she nodded and lay down beside him
Only one thing is running in Nandini's mind that is Nikita where she had seen her ....she wanted to ask manik but don't want to spoil his happiness..
She dozed off thinking
Manik's pov:
It was 2.a.m ..i almost memorised all the lyrics...only one para left which i will do by tomorrow... I am very excited.. Coz it is my first album.. My dream which is completed because of Nandini.. Mentioning her name only bring a smile on my face..she is so lucky for me...i just wamt to be with her forever..At a time i thought the same about Nikita... that i wanted to spend my whole life with her ..she was my love...my first love..but she...i know my Nandini will never ever do that ...never...nor i will do anything that her husband did i will be with her forever and love her forever.
My thoughts were disturbed by some sound i looked upwards saw Nandini was panting heavily sitting on the bed
"Nandini "i rushed towards her ...looking me she hugged me immediately she was very scared .
" ssshhhh Nandini. ."i rubbed her back
"What happened " i asked broking the hug
"Manik. .wo i saw. .." I frowned. .she sobbef
"What uh saw?" I asked softly
"Hotel room..fire...two people dead...their entwined hands....some one running on the road and her accident with the truck" she sobbed
Shit she is getting flashes from her past..no this can't happen no....
"And a man" i looked towards her in shock....he was hugging me....but i don't knkw who is he "She added crying i hugged her and rubbed her back to stop her crying
No she is remembering everything slowly.... I don't wanna lose her And a drop of tear fell from my eyes
I broke the hug and laid her down covered her from the duvet and patted her forehead letting her sleep..soon she slept
