Blurry. His sight was foggy. It was such a dumb move to not wear his lenses. But then again, he was crying. So wearing ones would be stupid too.
He has walked for hours, aimlessly. His legs were lightly shaking, but he continued walking anyway.
The mix of pain and the numbness he had right now, oddly enough, were the sources of his strength. He still felt them, meaning he was still alive.
The road was empty most of the time, just some huge trucks driving past occasionally. So he turned left, approaching the main road slowly. He did not bother to check the traffic light. Wrong move. But he paid no mind. So when he heard some horn blaring his ears, he just shut his eyes.
But the next thing he knew, his body was pulled to the sidewalk, embraced by someone whom seconds later pulled out of the hug and yelled at him. "Are you fucking insane?!!"
The freckled boy did not respond. He seemed to not even hear Minho's voice as the loud thumping sound of his heartbeats echoed inside his head.
Minho sighed. "Can you walk, Felix?" He finally asked in a gentler tone now. His hands cupped the younger's cheeks. Only then, he noticed the tears remnants decorating the angelic face.
Again, Felix did not respond, which then led to them staring at each other. But Minho averted his eyes first, hands slowly returned to his side.
"I'll take you home. How does that sound?"
At that, Felix finally responded; weakly shook his head. "Anywhere but there, please."

"You won't ask me about what happened?"
"You want me to?"
Felix softly laughed. A small smile displayed seconds later. The older might be a cold hearted person, but he seemed to know when he needed to act considerate.
"I'm gonna move out of the town." The younger eventually opened up. "My dad just told me this morning. It was so sudden and it was just... too overwhelming for me to bear."
Tears once again streamed down the younger's face and Minho noticed. So he pulled over the car and took a tissue box from the backseat.
Felix took some, cleaned his cheeks and blew his nose onto it, playfully hard.
"Did that disgust you?"
Minho sighed. "Where do you wanna go?"
"So that really disgusts you." The younger giggled, earning an eye roll.
"I don't know honestly. I just... don't wanna go home... I actually heard my dad came home. But he didn't even check up on me. Heck, he was in the living room and saw me walk to the door, but didn't bother to ask where was I heading."
He then turned his head, silently admiring the person next to him. "Do you pity me now?"
The older snorted. He was sure the atmosphere was dead serious, but Felix seemed to know how to shift the topic into a whole new, unexpected one.
"Do you want me to?" Minho retorted. A sarcastic tone laced within.
"Yes."
Another unexpected response. And the older could not help but turn his head too, meeting the pair of eyes that had unreadable glint on it.
"Can you take me to your house? Your couch will be better than my own bed."
