Don't you ever feel like you just don't fit in?

It was just like every other day, Friday woke me up so that I could go downstairs and have breakfast with everyone else, and by everyone else I mean Wanda, because no one stayed in for long in the mornings. Being an Avenger was not easy and I know it, but they were gone mostly all day and I never knew where they went. The only person I knew where he was Tony, because he would basically spend all day in the lab or the workshop.

I went to the kitchen to find Wanda sitting on the table having an apple.

"Morning" she said "we're out of cereals today"

"Great, now what am I supposed to eat?" I groaned.

"Don't be such a drama queen, god. Just grab some fruit or something" she scoffed and then laughed.

"I'm sorry I can't settle with an apple per morning, I've got to actually feed myself you know" I joked.

She laughed and threw the apple she was eating right to my face, but I stopped it before it could hit me. The game was on, every time one of us used our powers it was like war started. Soon, we were throwing anything we could to each other, that was until Steve came to the room and stood there watching us... he would be disappointed but was already used to this childish acts.

"Good morning girls" he said, one eyebrow up "fighting already? Isn't it too early for that?"

"Hey cap. It's never too early to start a fight, am I right?" I asked looking towards Wanda who was already starting to clean up our mess.

Steve and Wanda laughed and I went to help my lovely sister tidy the place up before I was the thing being thrown over the air.

--------------

It was around 3pm and, as always, I was bored to my soul. Don't get me wrong, I love living in the HQ with all the Avengers and my sister, but it does get boring sometimes. I know they all care about me very much, but that does not takes away the fact that I'm a teenager surrounded by people who are basically my parents.

I'm not allowed to go to school, Tony thinks it wouldn't be safe. We haven't talked about that lately because I've given up on that a few years ago, I don't think it's worth fighting for that, Mr Stark is not someone to change his mind easily.

"Hey kid" speaking of the devil...

"Hi Tony" I said

"What were you doing?" He asked, but I don't think he actually cared since he didn't even let me answer "listen, how would you feel about going to school?"

Well that was unexpected, I was shocked by his sudden question.

"Are you for real?! Is this some kind of sick joke Stark?" I pointed my finger to him.

"I'm serious" he said

"Wasn't it supposed to be a 'dangerous' place for me?" I questioned him doing air quotes when I said dangerous.

"I've already sorted that out, besides, you can't be here all day. You need friends."

"Ouch, that was not offensive or rude at all" I scoffed.

"Would you like to go or not?" he asked impatiently.

"Yes yes yes yes" I said ecstatic, and that's rare for me.

"Great, you start tomorrow, Happy will take you or you can walk. As you wish" he smiled and went away.

Wow tomorrow? Ok looks like I'm not going to have much time to 'prepare'.

What did he meant when he said he sorted out school being dangerous for me?
