47| Understanding

Y/N's POV:

I entered Jungkook's mom's room and waited for her to talk to me. But she was so busy thinking about something while placing her face on her linked hands. She didn't even realise that I was there. So I cleared my throat and decided to talk to her.

"Ma'am you called me here..?" I said as I crossed my hands behind me.

"Ah? Oh! Yes yes! Sit here" She flinched as she came back from what she was thinking to the sound of my voice. She gave me a smile that she never gave me before.

I was surprised by her strange behaviour as she was suddenly being sweet and nice to me. After I sat on the seat across her, she started speaking.

"Y/N, first of all I want to thank you for saving me from falling down the stairs. I thought I was gonna get injured. Thank you so much for helping me" She said in a sweet voice while smiling.

"Ohh.. No problem Ma'am. It's my pleasure" I replied to her.

"Hmm.. I wanna talk about something important with you" She said with a sigh. Oh hell! Now what? Oh! I know.. Because I sneaked into this house without your permission.. And now you are going to kick me out of the house. Cool. Ok go on.. I'm ready to get scolded.

"Y/N, I realised the way I treated you was really bad. I'm really sorry for that" She said in a low tone and looked at me while waiting for an answer. Wait- what? U good? Why are you being so nice to me? I was shocked by what she said. That's not what I expected. As I couldn't think of anything or reply to her, she started talking again.

"I hope you'll forgive me. I misunderstood you. I thought that you are only being with Jungkook because-"

"Because he is rich? Right?" I cut her off as I didn't wanna hear it from her mouth.

"Yes. And I was wrong. I got to know.. That you love Jungkook for real. You care about him a lot. When Jungkook was drunk he came and shouted at me saying that you mean a lot to him. Even more than me"  She sighed but kept talking.

"Yes I know. I didn't care for him and left him when he was young. I couldn't be with him and spent time with him as a good mother. I feel terrible as I always treated him in a harsh way" Jungkook's mom said while lowering her head.

"Without even knowing that you are a good person, I treated you so badly. I only thought about businesses" She said again.

"It's okay ma'am. I know your businesses are important to you" I replied to her with a little smile while tucking my hair behind the ear.

"And my son is important to me as well. But I couldn't be a good mother to him" She said but started talking again.

"But.." She stopped suddenly making my curiosity goes up to know about what she was going to say.

"But.. I don't worry about it anymore. Because.." She stopped again.

"Because now.. Jungkook has someone who takes care of him and loves him" Jungkook's mom said and looked at me. She suddenly placed her hand on mine and held it.

"Y/N, it's you.." She said and gave me a warm smile. Woah! Wha- Really? Omg!! Does she really feel sorry for how she treated me? Oh my- Does she likes me now?

"Y/N, don't leave Jungkook no matter what happens. He loves you so much. I know it" Then she got up from her seat and walked up to me.

"That's why.. I decided to give the permission for your relationship" She said smiling as she leaned against the table. I couldn't believe what I just heard. I felt like jumping all around the room but I managed not to do it.

"Wha- Really?" I asked her and waited for her answer in excitement.

"Yes. You guys can continue your affair. I'm sorry for trying to break your relationships before.." Jungkook's mom said making my heart pound happier than ever. I can't believe this!! Is this a dream or something?

"Oh it's okay ma'am. Your permission was all I wanted. I don't know how to thank you.." I cheered and hugged her tightly at once. She giggled as she hugged me back and patted my back.

"No need to thanks. But one thing" She spoke making me stop getting excited for a moment. I waited for her to talk.

"No need to call me Ma'am. Just call me mom" She said while giving me a warm smile.

"Okay Ma'am- I mean.. Mom" I replied her and walked up to the door in excitement to tell this good news to Jungkook.

"Jungkookie!!!" I screamed his name on the way to his room. I entered his room and ran up to him who was lying on the bed.

"Jungkook!!" I screamed again while jumping. He woke up and looked at me.

"Hmm? What happened?"

"Babe!!" I jumped again.

"Is something wrong baby?" He asked me. I jumped onto the bed and got on top of him. I was losing my mind with happiness and I had no idea what I was doing with this man who was sick and laying on the bed.

"Kookie!! I have good news to tell you"  I laid on him and began to trace my finger all over his chest which made him tickle.

"Say it Y/N" Jungkook said through his little giggles and rubbed my head.

"Your mom likes meeee!! She gave the permission for our relationship!!" I exclaimed happily.

"Huh?! What?! Really??" Jungkook made his eyes wider and looked at me waiting for me to confirm what I said a few seconds ago.

"Yes baby yes!! She supports our affair from now on. She told me that she felt bad for trying to break our relationship before"

"Oh my God Y/N, I can't believe this! Are we dreaming? I'm so happy" Jungkook began to cheer.

"Me to-" I couldn't even finish what I was going to say. Jungkook pressed his glossy lips on mine which gave me butterflies and close my eyes in satisfaction. I wrapped my hands around him as he placed his hand on the nape of my neck. His tongue began to do wonders inside my mouth when we suddenly heard someone clearing the throat.

"Ahem! Ahem! Guess I'm gonna see my grandchildren sooner if this is how it's going" Jungkook's mom who was standing at the doorstep said and giggled which made Jungkook scoff. I choked on my spit at once and sat there like someone just hit me with an iron pole.

Then at the same time Jungkook's mom left the room leaving both of us alone in the room again. Jungkook placed his hands on my shoulders and locked my eyes with his big doe eyes.

"Y/N, what do you say?" He lifted one of his eyebrows as a smirk appeared on his face.

"Shall we make her see her grandchildren?" Jungkook said with a wink while tucking my hair behind the ear making me choke again.

"Hey stop it" My cheeks turned red as I began to blush so hard. I punched his chest lightly but hit him with a pillow without even caring that he was sick.
