coi smiled and sat up at the smell of bacon and blueberry pancakes, brooklyn would always cook when she had guests or otherwise she'd just order takeout or something.
bk turned around to face the stairs when she heard small footsteps, "my favorite" coi spoke doing little happy jumps at the food that was displayed on the table, bk softly chuckled before speaking "if you wanna clean up, it's a toothbrush and shit in the bathroom" bk spoke pointing upstairs.
"bet" the small girl spoke before running up the stairs again — not long after, both girls were downstairs and eating quietly the only other noise was the tv playing reruns of old tv shows.
"is trippie gonna freak out about you spinning the night" bk questioned cutting up her sausage "i don't think he'll have a problem with it" coi shrugged not taking her eyes off of the food, she always felt intimidated by bk so she often avoided eye contact.
sometimes she would look the girl in the eyes but it was rare, "hm" bk shrugged as well not thinking much of it.
once the two finished up bk put their dishes in the sink, she grabbed her phone and connected it to the large bluetooth speaker, scrolled through her long ass playlist before picking one of her favorite songs. it soon boomed through the speakers.
coi smiled as she watched her friend dance to the song, it was also one of coi's favorites. bk swayed her hips as she continued to do the dishes. sometimes coi just thought her friend was so cute, it was the small things she did that made her attractive.
once the girl was done, she dried her hands off on a paper towel and threw it away. "now let's get you home" bk spoke looking back over at the lightskin.
"i appreciate you cooking and things for me" coi spoke hugging the older, "of course bebe, anything for you" bk smiled wrapping her arms around coi's waist and pulling her closer.
coi slightly blushed at the nickname — she pulled out the hug and awkwardly rubbed her neck "well i'll see you at school" coi cheesed before running in the house, bk chuckled and waved to her mom before she walked away.
