Frank's POV (Taxi Driver)

It's not every day that you get a call out to a deserted town, by rogues. Of course if I knew rogues wanted a taxi I would never have gone up to the house. By the time I realized the man in front of me was a rogue it was too late. He placed himself in front of my car so I couldn't drive away and I gulped as he walked over to my open window.

"I'll pay you $1000 dollars to safely drive my friend and my daughter to lost springs" The man told me and I was shocked to say the least. The price to drive to lost springs was 150 dollars and he was offering almost 4 times that amount! "Of course sir" I said stuttering trying not to show my fear but it didn't work. The man chuckled and I shivered in fear, "Dude chill I'm not going to hurt you, I promise" He says with a friendly smile and for some reason I belived him so I relaxed into my seat. "I'll go get the girls" He tells me and he walks over to the small house.

For a moment I considered driving off, but I've never seen a man so desperate to get a taxi ride. His daughter must be in danger, that's why he's sending her away with a friend of his. So I stayed and waited patiently for a few minutes before 2 girls walked outside. The women looked in her late 20s and his daughter looked some age under five.

I girls were silent as they sat in the back of the car, so I drove off. I had a feeling that the friend was more than she seemed. She cradled the child on her lap, like a mother protecting her pup. So I smiled at the girl as she must be the child's mother, but the man referred to her as a friend. I'm not sure if he was lying to protect her or if they used to date but not anymore. No one spoke until I arrived at lost springs and parked the car.
