VSOO - Unexpected Love [Completed]

Jisoo POV:

It's late in the morning and I am still in bed. I am 3 months pregnant now. Just like the other days, I am dizzy again. Today, it's even worse because I can't get up from bed. I was resting when someone knocked at the door.

Jisoo: "Who is it...Nana?" She didn't hear any response. "Haist! Maybe it's him." Although she's still dizzy, she tried her best to get up and walk through the door to open it as it is still locked.

Taehyung: "It's 10 am yet you're still sleeping? Tsk." He said as soon she opened the door.

Jisoo: "What do you want?!" She asked.

Taehyung: "I need to see the results of your maternity checkup yesterday." He said with a straight face.

Jisoo: "Okay. Let me..." before she even finished her statement, Jisoo lost balance and almost fell to the floor. Taehyung was looking at her and noticed it that's why he quickly catches her.

Taehyung: "Hey, what's wrong with you?!" He carried her to the bed.

Jisoo: "I... I am very dizzy." Weak voice.

Taehyung: "I'll take you to the hospital now!"

Jisoo: "No, I'm okay... The baby is okay. This is normal." She said with eyes closed.

Taehyung: *Sigh* "Okay. Just stay here then and rest.

Taehyung left Jisoo in her room to let her rest. He started to be concerned with what she's going through.

(Next day)

Jisoo POV:

Today I woke up early. I feel good today than in the previous days. Taehyung is probably still sleeping. Let me cook breakfast and say thank you for allowing me to rest yesterday. He even asked Nana to buy fruits and anything that I wanted to eat.

Jisoo was busy preparing breakfast when Taehyung came to the kitchen.

Jisoo: "Oh, hi! I prepared breakfast, sit down and eat. She prepared Egg toast sandwich, egg rolls, and fruits.

Taehyung sat down and started eating without saying anything.

Jisoo: "Yesterday.. hmm. I want to say thank you for yesterday." She said shyly.

Taehyung: "That's for the baby." He continues eating without looking at her.

Jisoo: "I know. Still thank you!"

They both finished eating their breakfast not talking. A couple of hours passed; Taehyung is in the living room with his laptop opened while Jisoo is in the kitchen.

Jisoo: "It's Sunday but he's working. Hmp..." She said to herself while looking for something in the fridge.

Taehyung: "Hey, you're in front of the fridge for 30 minutes. Are you not done choosing what to eat.. again?"

Jisoo: She didn't notice that Taehyung is standing near her holding a glass. "Ow, sorry." She steps aside to allow Taehyung to get water.

Taehyung: "There's a lot of food here, what's taking you so long to choose?" He asked out of curiosity.

Jisoo: "I want something but we don't have it here." She can't look at him.

Taehyung: "What do you want?"

Jisoo: "Strawberries. I want them now!" She looked excited.

Taehyung: "Is this part of being pregnant?"

Jisoo: "Yes, yes! Strawberry, now!" She smiled.

Taehyung: "Fine!" He grabbed his keys and left.

Jisoo watched him leave. Although she's happy that Taehyung really cares for the baby, she started feeling strange about the situation.

Jisoo: "Why am I feeling this way?" Confused.

After a couple of minutes, Taehyung came with a pack of strawberries.

Jisoo: "Wahhhh!! There are so many strawberries! Thank you!" Looked happy.

Taehyung didn't say a thing but he remained to look at her.

Taehyung: In his mind, "You look innocent and charming. I can't deny, you are very beautiful too."

Weekends passed, although they stay in the same house, they do not talk to each other so much. Taehyung is usually in front of his laptop or on the phone talking to someone. While Jisoo spends her time reading books.
