Sitting beside Pope and in front of JJ, Y/n anxiously waited for her brother and Kiara to return and meet them at JJ's house. The blonde noticed her fidgeting and crouched in front of her, taking her hand in his, the pad of his thumb stroking the back of her hand.

Soon enough, the sound of a car horn is heard from their left, looking over, revealing John B sitting in the driver's seat. Being the first one to stand up, Y/n runs to her brother, giving him a hug through the window, which he instantly hugs back before she hops into the passenger's seat.

As they drive, John B informs them of what happened, and about the compass, mentioning he gave it to Sheriff Peterkin. Soon enough, John B stopped the vehicle in front of The Wreck, Pope hopping out to go get Kiara. However, Pope came back out with no Kiara.

"She says she's not coming." Pope announces.

"Why not?" JJ asks.

"What'd you do to her, John B?" Y/n adds in question.

"Shit." John B quietly curses. "Hang on. I'll deal with it."

With that, he hops out of the campervan as Pope hops back into the back of the vehicle with JJ. The three sit in silence as they wait for their two other friends. JJ found himself leaning against the passenger and driver's seats, playing with Y/n's hair, the two quietly talking to one another.

Eventually, the door to the restaurant opened again, catching the teenagers attention, the three of them watching John B and Kiara walk out, joining them in the car.

After finally picking up Kiara, the group of five found themselves sitting in the campervan together as John B drove down the road. The sun had now fully set, meaning the moon was shining down from the sky.

Y/n found herself in the back with JJ and Pope, her head rested on JJ's shoulder as Kiara had taken her place beside her brother on the passenger's seat. The blonde had rolled himself another joint as he rested his head against the girl's.

"You mind if I just relax on this one?" JJ questions. "It's been a long day, and a lot of weird stuff's gone down. I'm just gonna lay low. Oh, did you want a hit of this?"

"I keep the signal clear." Pope replies, denying the joint.

"Dude, okay. Do you understand that your problem is that you don't get creative? If you got creative, then--" JJ starts.

"Look, I know Y/n and I were wrong about the lighthouse, alright?" John B interrupts. "And pretty much wrong about everything else going on. But I was right about one thing. Okay? Our dad is trying to tell us something."

John B led his friends and little sister in a graveyard at night, flashlights in their hands as they glanced around the place they were in. Both Kie and Y/n couldn't help but continue to comment on how creepy the graveyard was.

Y/n felt shivers running down her spine when a small gust of wind came through, causing the branches on the trees to move, only making it more creepy than before. JJ, noticing this, took her hand in his, interlocking their fingers, keeping a tight grip as he rubbed the back of her soft hand.

"John B, what are we doing?" Kie questions.

"You know how you're trying to remember a song and you can't remember who sings it?" John B asks, receiving nods in response. "So, Redfield. This whole time, Y/n and I thought it was a place, right? But it's not a place. It's a person."

As the Routledge boy finishes his sentence, they group came to a stop in front of a large and tall tomb. Glancing upwards, the teenagers shined their flashlights on the stone, seeing the word 'Redfield' on the top of the stone. Y/n glances at her brother, John B doing the same.
