Deciding not to dwell on what Rebecca said I walked the hallways, map in my hand trying to find the FBI internship and training room. To say I was excited was an understatement; I thrived in murder cases and attacks, I've read so many files from my parents' study to know a lot more than most of the students here with me and I planned to shine.

Lost in thought; I hadn't realized that I arrived till I was greeted with complete silence and hateful glares from most of my classmates; avoiding eye contact with them I took the only empty seat to the side of the room.

''Hey''; I said to the guy next to me attempting to be friendly all while avoiding eye contact, when he doesn't respond I look up to the most magnetic emerald eyes I've ever seen; but my momentary pause is quickly over once I notice the murderous glare, he's giving me.

''What is your face stuck like that or something? Obviously your lost for words so you might as well look away.''
If being semi friendly here is only going to result in this type of reply I should've just kept my mouth shut.

''I have nothing nice to say, and since we have to endure each other in this internship till the end of the year stay out of my way and I'll stay out of yours and hopefully time will fly and I don't have to stay near the devils reincarnate any longer than I have to.'' he spits at me each word filled with more venom than the other.

I just stared at him appalled; how could someone hate a stranger so much without even knowing them I can't understand; deciding to just ignore him I turned my head to the front of the class as our lecturer entered.

'' Good morning future detectives, I hope your ready for a year filled with headache, frustration, anger and sympathy because those are the most emotions that you will encounter as we go through our cases; but with the bad comes the good and nothing beats the feeling of winning a case, reaching the end of it, figuring out what happened and why; and most of all WHO. Along with learning how to become a detective and investigator we will also focus on the phycological side of things, your year with me will cover bits and pieces of everything so as not only do you know more about how to become an FBI Agent but also to know more about yourself; in which field of the FBI do you excel; how much you can stomach and what pushes you to your breaking point. My name is Agent Black, Dean Black. I work with Tombstone's police department as well as Arizona FBI & Investigation for the past 10 years. Welcome to the most exciting and gruesome chapter of your life.'' He says enthusiastically; I can already tell he's going to be my favorite person in this town.

‎‎I've never felt so alive at this moment; I think it's most emotions I've experienced since my parents passed away and I love it; if I could spend my entire senior year confined in these four walls with Agent Black I'd be the happiest human in the world. I stare at Agent Black a little longer as he goes on about the grading system as well as all the cases we'll be trying to solve, solved ones as a start of course, and I can't help but feel a sense of familiarity towards him; like I've seen him before or I've known him before; just before I look away he catches my eye and I don't miss the shock that flashes through his eyes and the millisecond freeze of his body; he knows who I am, and oddly the way he looked at me it didn't feel like how everyone else looked at me, there was no hatred or anger in his posture; the look he gave me had a sense of comfort in it as if he knew me for me, not for my father's doing everyone here keeps blaming me for nor for my nickname of being the devils reincarnate but simply me.

He walked around the classroom giving each of us different schedules; '' Alright class, every week or two I will assign you new schedules based on progress, everyday at this time we will all meet here in the classroom to either have discussions regarding cases and general information, psychology lectures regarding body language and different ways to think and view certain situations; which we will discuss further about in a bit, different debates and quizzes; other days, as a start, we meet together in the training room which is adjacent to this one right behind that door;'' he says as he points to the door to the right of the room,'' and later down the line we will meet one on one for training once you've got a hang of things more. Yes, this does mean physical training and keeping in shape. Does anyone have any questions?'' he takes a deep breath as he looks around the classroom waiting to hear from anyone; I'm too engrossed in what he's saying I knew I had a look of awe painted on my face and as he's scanning the room our eyes meet once again and he smiles; a small barely visible to the untrained eye type of smile, and I could've sworn that I saw a sense of pride behind his eyes.

I've been trained for as long as I can remember on how to read people; living in a house with agents as parents as well others I've always picked up different things from them as they would also train me everyday when they're free, having our house basically act as a HQ for all my parents friends came in handy because I got to learn a bit of everything; reading people and picking up body language no matter how small and insignificant has always been a my strongest point; I can read someone in less than 10 seconds and I'm rarely wrong; but looking at Agent Black I cant help but feel there is a missing piece; there's a sense of familiarity him that I've only ever felt around family.
