Hi everyone! I would like to thank you for giving this story a shot, it means the world to me since it's been a long time since I have written anything. I've always dabbled here and there but never really got the chance to finish a story. Before starting this story out, I want to let you all know that this story is more or so for the girls on the thicker and curvier side of the spectrum. I always see stories that are specially made for those who are skinny/petite. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that and all body types are beautiful in their own ways. But I want to be more inclusive to our girls in the haikyuu fandom who are thicker, those who have no thigh gaps, the girls who have love handles, the girls who always tend to be overlooked. As I do have this as an X reader, I do want to give those girls a bit of a story of their own where they don't feel a twinge of awkwardness when they read that the reader is so small compared to the love interest. That was the small PSA I wanted to give. This story will deal with the readers' insecurities as a bigger girl as well. If you choose not to read this, I won't take it to heart, but I chose to do this as someone who is on the thicker side and knows the struggles of it. On another note, the word count will vary per chapter. I write each chapter on a separate document linked to my computer where it only keeps count of how many lines I've written, not words. So some chapters will be longer than others depending on how much dialog is in each chapter.
Now, some need to knows:
1. The reader was born March 16th, 1996
2. This story takes place in mid 2018 to early 2021 so there will be a few time skips.
3. Although the reader is you, the reader does know how to speak English, Japanese, and Mexican Spanish fluently. She also knows some of the Korean language as well as basic Mandarin as she picks up both languages from watching dramas with Juan (your best friend/roommate) in both languages.
4. The reader and Juan have a dream of opening a restaurant/bar together as they both found their passions in creating new fusion foods/mixing drinks.
5. The abbreviations for my descriptions of you and your favorite colors, food, etc. will include:
