Fires have yet to be extinguished

"They are called Auras. They increase the elements power that you are currently using. They come in many forms but for you the aura is in your hands. You can call it a sort of upgrade if you will, but you have got to be careful, it makes you more powerful, but at a cost." Henry says intellectualy

"Yeah, yeah I get it. Can I try it out, Henry?" Aaron says very enthusiastic.

"Sure, why not. Be careful."

"Okay here it goes... "

Aaron conjures up a little air ball and concentrates to make his aura activate. Within a few seconds, his hands start to glow this white luminescent. His eyes start to glow this white luminescent also.

He let's go of the air ball. *Crash* There's a medium sized hole in the wall.

"Maybe we should have done this outside." Aaron says Fridley

Henry gives Aaron this look like "Ya think?!"

Aaron ran up to his room and started watching Netflix for the rest of the night.

*knock knock*
Jack enters the room and notices that Aaron is asleep with his laptop open. Jack closes the laptop.

"Hey Aaron are you awake?"

No response

"Well I guess your asleep, I will just see you tomorrow then." Jack says disappointed.

Aaron wakes up and talks all hazy

"Jack?"

"Oh sorry Aaron, I didn't mean to wake you up."

"Don't worry about it. What's up?"
He says it while he pats the bed, signalling him to sit.

"No its nothing I will see you tomorrow." Before Aaron could say anything, Jack ran out of his room.

Aaron just sat in his bed trying to think of what Jack wanted to say to him. He shrugged, if Jack didn't tell him it probably isn't that important. Aaron rubbed the sleep out of his eyes, it was dark out, time to get his bow. He hopped off his bed and went to his closet, he opened the door and flicked on the light switch. He removed some of the shirts hanging to reveal a secret compartment. He took off his necklace and placed it in the key hole. He hears a click and opens the door, his dark purple bow is waiting for him. He grabs his attire and brings it to his bed. He puts on a dark purple long sleeved shirt and a leather dark purple vest over it. Then he pulls on some dark purple leather pants. Now, you might think he's copying Green Arrow, but he's not. As far as anyone knows, Green Arrow stole his look.

He slid open his window and jumped onto the tree near by. He jumps down and jogs down the street. "Aaron?" Someone asked.

"What?" Aaron stopped in his tracks, "I don't know who that is." He mentally slapped himself.

"It's me, Alex." Alex steps under a street light, Aaron can see her bright blue eyes staring at him. "Where are you going dressed like that? Gonna go kick some Phoenix ass?"

"No."

"Then what?" She asked.

"Just going out for a late night patrol." He says casually.

"Yeah right," she crosses her arms, "I want in."

"No it's too dangerous."

"Don't be a clique, let me come."

Aaron stood there and thought, "Wouldn't it be clique if I let you come and then we were attacked or something?"

"Yeah, but then I'd be in on it."

"Alright let's go, but if you get hurt its on you."

Alex and Aaron start walking down the street. There is an explosion. Alex and Aaron start running toward it. They hear screams, Aaron runs into the flames.

"Hello?! Is anyone in here?"Aaron yells worried.

"Is anyone *cough* *cough* there?"

"Yes I am here to save you" He separates the flames with his powers. He sees a little girl, around the age of 7. He picks her up and teleports out of there. The firemen look shocked and Aaron just explains that his adrenaline kicked in so that he could save the girl.

"Good job kid." The fireman says. "We can take it from here."

Aaron walks away with Alex and as they are walking they see the fire still burning but Aaron sees something in the flames. A Phoenix. Aaron thinks to himself

"Phoenix isn't supposed to harm civilians, they were trying to make me help that girl then they would capture me but they failed. Since they attacked an innocent they have to pay!"

"Aaron?" Alex says while looking at him with a cautious look

"What? I'm fine sorry just thinking about something don't worry about it."

Aaron was not okay. If anyone messes with an innocent to try to get to him, they pay the price.

Aaron walks Alex home then he heads back to his place. He opened the front door, his feet were leaving ash footprints. Footsteps creaked down the stairs. Aaron looked up the stairs and found Jack looking at him.

"Have you been jumping through fire hoops again?"

"Maybe, maybe not"

Jack is leaning against the railing with his sleeve rolled a little bit passed his wrist. Aaron notices a fresh burn mark on his arm...
