(Chris's pov)

I chose to block the door and climbing out the window. So I lock the door and push their bookshelf in front the door plus some other pieces of furniture then I grab a bag and pack some stuff for Y/n as their mother bangs on the door yelling swears. I turn to look at Y/n and they looks absolutely terrified, it hurts me to see them like that "Y/n?" I call "y-yes?" "You trust me right?" They nods "I'm gonna put you on my back while we climb out of the window alright?" "O-otay" I smile and put them on my back while holding the bag then right as I get outside of the window, their mother broke down the door.

"CHRIS GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE!!" She yelled and then she tried to shoot us so I had to speed up and climb down. I could feel Y/n shaking in fear so I moved them in front of me so they doesn't get hit with bullets and once I got down I ran to the ran to the car since I still had the key from taking Y/n to the park earlier and I got in the car and drove off
