I pace back and fourth through the waiting room of the hospital, yelling down at my phone to my men to find out who did this.

I've had Sierra and Dante locked in my 'questioning' rooms because I know they have some type of connection to what happened.

I immediately end my call when I hear the clicking of heals and the swift movement of a white lad coat making its way towards the empty waiting room.

"Are you the family of Myron Davis?" The middle age woman ask looking up from her clipboard.

"Yes, her husband" she nods

"I have good news and bad news" she pauses flipping through the pages in front of her.

"Good news is she is alive and the crash didn't cause any major damage that we can see as of now"

I sigh in relief, until I remember her saying there is bad news making my tense back up.

"Bad news is she flatlined 3 times during the surgery we were able to bring her back but due to this she's currently in a coma and we have no sign of when or if she'll wake" my heart falls, but I nod letting her know I heard her.

"Can I see her" she hesitates before gesturing towards the room Myron now resides in.

I push open the heavy door to see her stiffly laying in the hospital bed on her back. She has a cast on her right leg bandages on her arms exposed stomach and head, with tubs run from everywhere.

I was taught to be strong. No emotion is to been seen. But looking at the love of my life like this causes me to break down.

I stand on the side of her bed drop to my knees and cry.

Cry from pain.

Cry from anger.

Cry from confusion.

Cry from betrayal.

After what seems like an eternity I stand on shaky legs and clean my face up, pulling my self together.

I lean down and place a light kiss to her forehead "whoever did this will pay, I swear it on my life amore mia" (my love)

I walk out the room and make some calls ordering some of my men to stand watch on this door. I also had the hospital shut this whole wing down til they give me the ok to transfer her to the house.

I drive back home in silence mentally trying to prepare myself for what needs to be done.

When I walk into the house I head straight for the closed off part of the house where I keep my 'questioning' rooms in.
