At first sight

Part 25

Myron

I stand in front of the bathroom mirror tracing the long scare that runs from my right shoulder blade to the left side of my torso.

I've been back home for about two weeks now and a lot has changed.

Vinny told me what Sierra did so I'm waiting for her baby to drop so I can beat her ass.

But for right now she's in locked in one of the rooms, because we thought it would be cruel to put a pregnant woman in a cellar.

Dante has been released, I had to tell Vinny that Sierra is a master manipulator and threatened to abort their child if he didn't do what she wanted.

So, he lives back in his old apartment and is waiting for us to tell him that she gives birth because he will be taking the baby with him.

For me and Vinny, he refuses to leave me alone for more than five minutes.

The first few days of me being back I couldn't even close the bathroom door because 'he couldn't see me, to make sure I was alright'.

I'm fine with it though, he follows me like a lost puppy all day. I bet if I open the door, he's standing there with his ear against it.

I know he's way clingier with me because of the accident and because I have been a little sad since I came back from the hospital because of what the nurse told us before we left.

Flashback

There was a light knock at the door before it was pushed open revealing the nurse.

I handed her the release form as Vincenzio packed up the last bit of my stuff in the corner of the room

"Ok guys, I have a little distressing news, so I recommend taking a seat"

I sit down on the bed and Vinny comes and stands on the side of me.

"We got your X-rays and test back and as you can see here" she points to the X-ray that she put on the wall to show us what she's looking at

"There's a slight tear in the lining of your uterus due to the extreme trauma put on your body after the crash" I nod my head confused at what she was getting at

"This can make it very difficult to conceive, and if you can conceive it is very risky for you and the baby to make it to full term safely" I nod my head stiffly at what she was saying

"It does not mean it's not possible, there are plenty of mothers who have still conceived and carried to full term successfully but it's a low chance of it happening" I wipe my teary eyes and nod at the nurse

"I'm very sorry sweetie, there are different alternatives that you can chose. I'll have a form of those available at the front desk for you"

I nod again and smile at the lady before she walks out the room. I look up at Vinny to see him already looking at me with a sad smile.

I let a few of the tears fall as I stare into his understanding eyes

"I'm sorry" I sniffle putting my head down and looking at my sock covered feet. He leans down and wraps his arms around me kissing the temple of my head as I rest against his shoulder

"It's not your fault armor mia, I understand baby it's ok. She said it was hard but never impossible, if you really want a baby, I'll give you one no matter how I'll have to do it" (my love) he pulled back and looked me in my eyes wiping the tears that fell on my cheeks.

"Ok"

Flashback over

My thoughts are interrupted from a knock on the door

"Can you come out now I'm sleepy" I hear Vinny huff on the other side of the door

I laugh at his childishness and put on the extra-large shirt and open the door to see him standing there with no shirt and sweatpants on waiting for me to come out.

"Let's go you big baby" I chuckle as we walk to the bed

I climb in first and lay on my back and he climbs in right after I get settled and lays his head on top of my breast

I run my fingers through his hair and before I know it, I'm in the land of dreams

So no babies 😢 sorry y'all. Also if the reason why didn't make much sense sorry I just thought of something.

Anyway we got about 2 more chapters, Can't wait. I'm going to work on the next chapter now Byeee- ghettogoddess
