"What the..." Ayra trailed watching her once upon a time best friend Rasna Sen walking with her elder brother, Shaurya. Her face became mature since Ayra last saw. They were just out of teenage back then but now Rasna seemed to be an adult.

"Rasna!" Ranjith was the first one to jump on her hugging tightly. Shaurya was taken back seeing his behaviour towards his girlfriend.

"Jit!" Rasna hugged him tighter. "Oh my god, Jit! Hell! How are you here?" she was in shock seeing her once neighbour and brother after soo long.

"How have you been?" he cupped her face so softly like a longing brother "I missed you soo much!"

"I'm fine!" Rasna chuckled with tears. "How are you here?" she was in surprised seeing Ranjith in her boyfriend's house.

"Not only me, everyone is here. Ivaan, Ansh, Ma and "he left a pause before continuing "Ayra. Look" Ranjith stood aside to show Rasna all smiling faces in family.

"Choti!" Ivaan smiled widely before taking Rasna in a bone crushing hug but her eyes were fixed on a static face Ayra. Not in her dreams Rasna thought she would come across her best friend today.

"Hey, Ansh!" Rasna greeted Ansh who smiled whispering a hi and moved past towards Ayra who was standing with no emotions.

"Ma!" Annika smiled widely seeing Rasna who was grown up adult. She still remembers little Ayra and Rasna playing in their house's veranda happily with two piggy tails. Rasna bent down touching Annika's feet in tears.

"Bless you, baby!" Annika caressed Rasna's face as she sat near her smiling.

"How are you, ma?"

"How will I be without my other daughter, hmm? You both fought right, what did I do? Why did you leave me and go?" she frowned slapping Rasna's cheek slightly. Shivaay was a spectator could get some links from Annika and Rasna's conversation. So, it was her, his daughter's best friend, who Ranjith was talking about the other day.

"Sorry, ma!" Rasna sniffed softly feeling Annika's warmth after years.

"Rasna?" Shaurya desperately need to know what was happening? Does his girlfriend already know his family, his Badi ma and siblings? "Do you guys know each other?"

"Of course, bro!" Ranjith held Rasna's shoulder happily. "She is like my little sister and was Ayra's best friend. And like family to Annika ma." Ayra gritted her teeth as Ranjith introduced her as best friend.

"That's a long story, some other day. Now you introduce your girlfriend to others."

"They were little kids first time I saw them. Rasna, Ranjith, Nikita, Ayra, Ansh and Ivaan. All used to play, eat and sleep together." Annika smiled remembering those days when everyone was little and used to cling to her all time. Shivaay couldn't help but smiling imagining his little kids wandering in here and there shouting and screaming.

"During summer vacations everybody use to assemble in SSS mansion and would stay back till vacation ends. And they would start running all over the house with smiles, giggles and laughter. I still can hear it, Shivaay." She looked at him with a bright face but eventually it went down.
