This Kind of Form uses the Seven Chaos Emeralds and the Power of Fire and Ice and, the two powers are added to the Energy of the Super Form to enhance them further more
Frostos Used this form the first time when CapeBoy was overhelmed with anger and turns into a Combination of KillJoy and Dark Form, CapeBoy there droped the Emerald and Frostos used the Opertunits to Grab them and to Transfrom to beat Killjoy CapeBoy without killing him

Exsilia is an Arch Demon who was one of the Circel of Highest before, with the Change to the Demon state she misslearned the Feeling of the Power of the Highest, by getting a new Physical Form she learnd with time to attend to it again and triggering this Form
She was simple relaxing with her family in a hotel and during the night she tried to transfrom and managed it for the short amount of time, her body isnt made for that Power yet
