Me and the boy next door have known each other for basically our whole lives, we're super close or at least we were. We use to hang out with each other all the time and if we weren't together we'd be convincing our parents to let us see each other...
I wake up to my alarm and grab my phone of charger then look at the notifications on my phone, I then put on music and head to my closet grabbing an outfit to wear then I head to the bathroom and have a shower (I saw someone do this and I thought it was a super sick idea as it gives you a choice on what you would wear you know)

(Also dress codes suck so they don't exist here) I grab my phone and head downstairs and walk into the kitchen saying hello to dad and ignoring Linda as I walk into the dining room I literally stop in my tracks, you've got to be kidding me why in all people is Vinnie in my dining room after everything that happened yesterday. I walk up to the table and Vinnie, Reggie and Lucas are. Sitting down eating and of course the only seat available is one right across from Vinnie, I take my seat and just eat ignoring everyone oh well just Vinnie really I get along with Reggie and well Lucas is my brother. Once I'm done I get up from my chair and take my plate to the kitchen and grab a apple and give dad a kiss on the cheek Y/n- bye dad I'm gonna start walking to school Dad- oh don't worry Vinnie said he'll give you and Lucas a lift to school Y/n- why? Why can't Lucas drive me? Dad- because I have to go to work and Linda needs to use Lucas' car to go to the shops Y/n- why does she have to use Lucas' car? Dad- you know her car is still getting fixed Lucas- y/n we're leaving! Y/n- why can't I walk? Dad- just go with them Y/n- argh fine I walk outside and over to vinnies car getting into the backseat with Reggie as Vinnie drives him and Lucas are talking while I start to talk with Reggie, once we arrive to school everyone walks off and I go ti do the same when I'm pulled back I turn to see Vinnie holding my arm Y/n- what? Vinnie- we going to have any problems today? Y/n- you'll have to wait and see I smile then walk off and inside to my locker where I find Ashley and Bailey Y/n- hey babes Ash and Bailey- Hey! As we're talking and I'm getting my stuff for class they all of a sudden go quiet and I turn confused when I see Troy Troy- hey y/n Y/n- oh hey Troy Troy- I thought since we couldn't finish our conversation yesterday we could continue today? Y/n- I'm yeah sure sounds good Troy- do you mind if I walk you to class? I look over to Ash and Bailey who look super confused Y/n- oh I normally walk with Ash and Bailey Ashley- oh it's fine you can walk together today Bailey- yeah we walk with you to class every other day it would be rude of us not to let you walk with her Y/n- uh what? Ashley- I'll see you in second period And with that I watch my two best friends walk off and I am so confused but then I look back to see Troy smiling Y/n- looks like I can walk with you Troy- nice I close my locker and Troy and I walk to class together and we're just talking getting to know each other Y/n- this is my class Troy- oh yeah I'll just get going I go to Alan into my class but then Troy turns back to me Troy- actually I'm throwing this party on the weekend if you'd like to come, you can bring your friends if you want Y/n- oh ok yeah sounds fun I'll be there Troy- really? I mean yeah sounds good I'll see you around Y/n- yeah I watch Troy walk off and I walk into my first class a little confused.
Second period I walk into class and see Ashley and I walk over to her and sit next to her Ashley- so how was it walking to class with Troy? Y/n- yeah good we just talked Ashley- just talked nothing exciting? Y/n- Oh I mean he invited us to his party this weekend Ashley- a party! You said yes right?! Y/n- yes I did now calm down we don't need people staring at us Ashley- no it's just you don't do parties but like it'll be your first party! We need to tell Bailey and then we need to get prepared for this party! Y/n- it's literally Tuesday, the party isn't until Saturday Ashley- yeah I know but still we need to get ready for the party it'll be your first! Y/n- ok ok
Lunch I walk around the halls, heading towards my locker also finding Ashley and Bailey at there's Y/n- ready to go to the cafeteria? Ashley- yeah Bailey- I'll meet you there later I have to go talk to mr Hilton about math work Bailey rolls her eyes and Ashley and I laugh and wish her luck before we link arms and walk to the cafeteria together. When we walk into the cafeteria we get something to eat then walk over to our table we normally sit at, as Ash and I are just eating and talking I feel a presence sit next to me and I assume it's Bailey at first but it didn't feel like her and the way Ashley's expression changed help me to confirm it wasn't, I turn to see Troy sitting next to me Y/n- hey Troy Troy- hey there Y/n- what are you doing here? Troy- oh I just wanted to see what you were doing after school Y/n- oh uh I look over to Ashley and indicate to her that I really don't know what to say and she realises and steps in god me Ashley- oh we were going to go to the mall after school Y/n- y-yeah Troy- oh ok maybe another time Troy gets up and leaves and I watch him walk over to his table he sits at and I notice Vinnie staring at me and I sigh and look back at Ashley Ashley- sooooo do you wanna go to the mall after school now? Y/n- actually yeah I kinda do want to go now
