"It's so boring to just sit here and do nothing!" Merida spoke up when they were all eating together.

Astrid next to Heather which is next to Ruff followed by Snotlout along with Hiccup, Tuff, Fishlegs, Merida, Jack and Elsa, making a complete circle.

"Let's go to the beach! If there's a river here, then there might be a beach somewhere." Heather suggested.

"Yeah, that sounds cool." Elsa said.

"But we've been there last year." Tuff sounded.

"So? Who cares? Anyway, Elsa, Merida and Jack never been with us. Second, we're going home today right? Let's enjoy this moment." Ruff crossed her arms.

"She has a point." Snotlout smiled at her and she smiled back.

"Then what are we waiting for?" Jack stood up. "Let's get beached!" He said before they all packed the tents and all of their things.

*********

"Ooohh, ice cream!" Ruff and Merida screamed when they saw the ice cream truck passing by. Both of them chased the truck. Tuff, Snotlout and Fishlegs joined them but Fishlegs couldn't really catch up so he went to a bench nearby and sat. "Could anyone buy me chocolate ice cream with extra toppings?!" He shouted at his friends who were chasing th truck.

"Well, let's get wet!" Elsa punched the air. She, Astrid and Heather ran towards the water.

"What do you say Hic? Want to surf?" Jack patted Hiccup's back before he went to borrow a surfing board at a stall nearby.

"You're on." Hiccup put on a fake smile after seeing Astrid enjoying with the other girls.

"Oh my God, this is so delicous!" Merida said, licking her ice cream, interrupting the girls playing in the water.

"Can I try?" Astrid wants some. Merida gave hers to Astrid before she licked it.

"Mhhmm. Yeah this is different than the ice creams they make at home." Astrid took a bite at the cone.

"Hey! I wanna be the first to eat the cone." Merida dragged the ice cream back from Astrid's hand but it fell into the water.

"No!" Merida shouted, reaching her hands to the water as if it will float back to her hands.

"Such a waste." Ruff said sarcastically and continued eating her ice cream.

Merida felt offended and chased Ruff who just finnished her ice cream. Ruff ran in a circle with Merida chasing her and broke it by diving into the water, pulling Merida into her trap. They all laughed including Merida. They rubbed sand at each other's faces, saying that the sand on the beach would improve skin health. They didn't deny instead, they just enjoy it cause it didn't really matter at the moment.

It was almost evening but they were still in the water. The boys had finnish surfing and went out of the water early, to change.

"Wait a minute, guys, aren't you on your period?" Astrid asked with widening eyes. Elsa who just remembered, did the same.

"Mine is just a stain." Ruff said. Heather nodded, which means same. So did Merida.

"Good." Elsa said before getting splashed by Ruff.

"Guys I think it's time to go home." Heather said, gesturing to Hiccup who was walking towards to them as if he was going to give an important news.

"We're out. We're out." Ruff stood up, and went out of the water, followed by the others. The last  to get out was Astrid which was stopped by Hiccup, using his hand. They were alone now. Heather saw this but she didn't want to interrupt.

"I think we need to talk." Hiccup said.

"Yeah me too. Let's just forget about all this. Agree?" Astrid asked.

"Agree." Hiccup said.

"Okay. Great to be friends again." Astrid let out a hand as if to shake it with Hiccup's.

"Friends?" Hiccup repeated blankly, no idea what was happening.

"Yeah, that's what you were gonna say right?" Astrid asked, also full of blur.

"Yeah, yeah. Totally." Hiccup now understoood and has that hurt look on his face which wasn't detacted by Astrid. "Friends." He shook her hand. Astrid left him alone to change her clothes. She also brought a frown with her and teary eyes but she held back because she was strong.

"Are you okay?" Heather blocked Astrid's way.

"You heard?" Astrid almost cried but didn't.

"It's okay, I won't remind you about it," Heather said. "Let's go and change." Astrid followed her without saying anything.
