AN: Hey guys, I am super sorry for the late update! I am at boarding school during the week and I couldn't find time to write on this story. (This story means a lot to me, by the way.)
The last few chapters haven't had any good Cockles in it and this one won't either. Why? Because it's not relevant ... yet ;)
But, there'll be Cockles in the next chapter ... probably.I hope you still like what you're reading? It would be awesome if you'd tell me what you think. If you don't wanna leave a comment, just send me a direct message or tweet me @mishasuniverse!
Okay, so I hope you'll like this chapter! Have fun.++++
When Dean woke up he felt something (or someone?) lying on him. He opened his left eye and looked down. Castiel was lying next to him, his arm snuggled around Dean's waist, his face pressed into Dean's side.
The first thing that came into Dean's mind was that Cas looked cute. His pink lips were slightly opened, his eyes were closed, his hair was messy, his breathing was calm and relaxed.
Cas looked happy.
The second thing that came into Dean's mind was a question. A question he would ask Cas later.
Dean carefully put Cas' arm off his body, stood up and went for a shower. With a last glance at the little angel he went to the bathroom.
When Cas woke up he felt lonely. There wasn't the warmth he'd fell alseep to. There was no soft skin he could slightly stroke with his fingertips. There was no Dean lying next to him. Castiel sighed and turned on the back; hands resting on his stomach.
He stared at the ceiling, waiting for Dean to come back.
The door opened and Cas sat up, straightening his trench coat. For his misfortune, it was Sam that came into the room. Not that he wasn't happy to see the younger Winchester, but he'd have rather seen Dean.
"Cas ... You are back?" Sam sounded suspicious. "And in Dean's room ... again?" He smirked. "You never visit me though." He pretended to be sad.
Cas laughed. "Yes I'm back and yes I'm in Dean's room, because I came back yesterday and fell asleep on D-" Dean came in, interrupting Cas on purpose.
"He fell asleep on the door," Dean continued, laughing nervously.
Sam's face expression was hilarious and Cas thought if his face looked like that as well.
'Why would I sleep on a door,' he asked himself. 'That's very much uncomfortable.'
However, Sam shook his head and left the room, confused. Dean closed the door, not looking at Cas. He was only wearing a towel (Castiel couldn't help but stare at the remaining water drops that were running down his chest, making their way to the towel to get soaked in by the fabric).
Castiel turned around, looking at the bed. "Look, what if we spend the day together? Going on a hunt with Sam," he asked softly. He didn't feel like hunting things though, all he wanted was to spend the rest of the day with Dean - enjoying the time he had with him.
Suddenly, he felt two hands on his shoulder, massaging them gently. "You sure you want to do that?"
Dean's deep, rough, somewhat husky voice sent chills through his body, made his blood run a little faster and his skin a little more reddish. Cas nodded. "Of course."
The Winchesters and the angel got ready for the hunt. Which basically means that the Winchesters got ready while Castiel was sitting on a chair, impatiently waiting for the two brothers. He was watching Dean as he packed guns into a backpack; a slight smile on his face. Castiel knew that Dean was happy to go on a hunt; to kill some monsters - monsters like the ghouls that have killed his friends.
