The next day on set was ... awkward. More than usually. I had expected that. Kind of.
Jensen and Jared were filming a scene, being the professionals they are. I was standing behind the camera and watched them. Sometimes, when Jared swung his head and his hair flew around, I had to think of this L'oreal Paris advertise.
Because you're worth it.
Seriously, his hair was more fabulous than anyone else's.
Even though I still had like two hours until I had to film some scenes, I had gotten ready for shooting at the same time as J2.
It was early in the morning, around six. The sun was about to rise and color the streets with its light and warm up the chilly air. A few clouds made it hard for the warmth to break through.
The sound of cars and trains made this lovely morning a little less enjoyable.
I crossed my arms in front of my chest as Jensen walked towards me. His eyes were sticked to the ground, not daring to look at me. He was still wearing his Dean outfit, so he had some fake blood running down his face. It started at his left temple and ran down over his cheek to his jawline, were the drops soaked into the fabric of his t-shirt. I could tell that he was tensed, not in the mood to talk to me.
Nonetheless, he was walking towards me.
He stopped a few feet away from me, finally looking. "Hey."
I raised an eyebrow. "Hi, Jensen."
"You ready for the next scene?" He playfully punched me in the arm. "Some kisses, huh. I think I will never get used to it." He laughed, but it didn't sounded right.
I forced a smile, shrugging my shoulders. "Yeah, um, same."
He gave me one last look before he smiled and turned around to go to the makeup trailer. "See you in a bit." With a wave he left.
I sighed, feeling the tension leaving my body. No matter how often I would tell myself that the kisses and touches were just acting, I couldn't stop thinking there was more behind it sometimes. Why else would we act that weird around each other?
A few minutes later, Jared suddenly stood next to me. "Hey, shorty."
I almost jumped, but could stop myself. "How do you do that?"
He smirked. "Do what?"
I threw my hands up in the hair. "Being so silent even though you are such a giant?"
Jared raised an eyebrow and seemed to think, looking down at me. "It is not my fault that you were so out of your head that you didn't noticed me." He chuckled.
"I wasn't-"
He covered my mouth with his hand. "Well, whatever. Me, Danneel and Gen were thinking about throwing another birthday party for Jensen. But we need your crazy, razor shape mind for the planning."
I tilted my head. Another birthday party? I remembered the one just two days ago and swallowed hard. "Okay, I'm in."
Jared clapped his hands. "Great." A smirk played around his lips. "Talk about this later. You gotta get ready now." He pushed me towards the set, giggling.

Dean's jaw dropped slightly when Castiel told him what he had found out about the first blade. But at this time he couldn't care much about it. He needed to get it and kill what was after them. He needed to make sure his brother was safe. His baby brother who never wanted this life.
