Chapter 2: First Day, Worst Day

As I have said before I'm only in sixth grade. So this chapter is all about the first day of three long years in middle school. Now I know girls can get all excited about new boys and lockers and all of that. But there is also one thing you can't get away from. And that dreaded thing you ask of is homework. Now I know some you guys get like an hour of 2 pounds of homework. But unlike you guys who get easy homework like that I get up to 30 pounds of homework that takes me like 3 hours do to each night. And if you feel like you get what I get, just talk to your parents about it. Maybe they could talk to the teachers for you. If it seems like the homework is getting worse, don't complain. You are just going to have to deal with it. Maybe it will get easier along the way. Trust me. I should know. I weighed my bag once. It was 22.5 pounds. But just remember to go each day better than the day before.
