When you first get into middle school you always want to make friends first especially if you are the new kid in school. There really is no tips to making friends because you make friends your own way. But when you go through middle school, you will lose friends. I'm only in sixth grade and have lost friends I have had since pre-k. Friends are easy to make most of the time but hard to keep. People who could have known since you where 3 could leave you off in the sixth grade. But if you try hard to keep those friends then they will always be loyal and trustworthy to you as you are to them. Like my mother once said, "When friends who were once loyal to you leave for someone who isn't going to be loyal to them they'll always come crawling back to you."
