A BLARING ALARM sounded in my right ear. "oh, piss off. . ." i whined, closing my eyes again. however, it kept going. sighing, i sat up and yawned, realising it was a call. oh, it's wilbur. i picked it up.

i took a breath, then said "welcome to the adoption centre. you make 'em, we take 'em. how can i help?" wil was silent for a few seconds. "wow. is that how you pick up every call? i'm impressed."

i laughed. "yes, actually. glad you like it. what's up?" i asked.
