"Tsubaki!" She shouted anxiously, not wanting to be in that room for even a second.

Tsubaki had stopped running, now standing in front of a table where two people sat.

Tsubasa cursed when she saw the two people.

A girl, around the age of twelve, in a white sundress, with her brown hair in two braids coming down her shoulders.

And a teenage boy with raven black hair, dressed in a black shirt with a hoodie and some black shorts, seemingly engrossed with whatever he's doing.

The girl started talking first.

"Look who's here. Tsubasa, why did you bring your little sister here?"

"Tsubaki, c'mon let's go." Tsubasa said, ignoring the girl.

But Tsubaki didn't budge, she just stood there motionless.

"Retsis, esaelp llaf rednu ruo lleps." The girl started reciting.

(Sister, please fall under our spell.)

'No!' Tsubasa thought as she covered her sister's ears, 'She mustn't hear it!'

As the girl contined to recite the spell, "Emoc ot su dna krow htiw su. Eviecer ruo ginsselb dna tpecca eht rewpo. Emoceb eno fo su, a lived."

(Come to us and work with us. Receive out blessing and accept the power. Become one of us, a devil.)

She started to recite her own, "Ho riaf ydal, od ton netsil ot reh. Eveileb ni eht ssenerup fo ruoy luos dna traeh. Kool ta eht thgil dna ecaf eht ssenkrad."

(Oh fair lady, do not listen to her. Believe in the pureness of your soul and heart. Look at the light and face the darkness.)

During their battle of recitations, Tsubaki continued walking to the other side of the table, thus making Tsubasa walk along with her.

When she stopped, they were right beside the boy and Tsubasa was on the same eye-level as him.

"Happy city." He said.

But after he did, Tsubasa widened her eyes as she noticed it too late. While she had been covering her sister's ears, she couldn't cover her own.

It was too late.

She fell into their trap.

She collapsed to her knees as her heart started pounding hardly against her chest.

But although she wanted drop her hands and grasp her pounding heart. The girl was still reciting the spell, if she removed her hands, her sister would fall under it.

They knew that she would put her sister's safety before her own. They knew that she wouldn't want her sister to suffer the same fate as her.

The pain was getting unbearable. She wanted to let go but she couldn't. She didn't want to let her sister suffer the same fate as her.

Her head was throbbing painfully, her heart was pounding hardly against her chest and her whole body felt like it was going to break under the immense pressure she was feeling.

The girl stopped reciting but the pain didn't stop. It continued to hurt.

It was already starting to take shape.

The devil inside.

I don't know why I used 'happy city' but I thought it would just give the story a bit more mystery so I used it anyway.

Although I don't know the reason behind it.
