As Marilyn and her friends face their biggest challenge yet when an unfathomable dark force threatens the people of Auradon she also have to face the truth about herself.

We heard a knock on the door and Adam opening it "Thank you for coming." i said to Hades as i stood up from the couch and walked towards him. "Didn't have many choices." he replied to me smirking. "Can you wake her?" Ben asked as he stepped a little closer.
"Since when do heroes care about villains?"
"She's..."
"One of your own." he said and everyone looked at him i knew he was going to say that he never does anything without an argument. "Hades" i replied in a warning tone. "When you guys try to destroy the world...it's an error in judgment but when it's one of us...lock them up and throw away the key. Right, Beast?" he said staring at Adam now.
Hades looked around and lifted his hand almost everyone jumped in the room "Yeah. He's gonna need to use my hands." mom said as she waved her hand and the shackled fell to the floor. "Mama Odie looking more beautiful than ever" Hades said smiling at my mom "Oh stop trying to sweet talk me Hades." she said handing Hades his ember... How did she get that? i thought looking over at her.
"The less they know the better" mom said smiling at me. I nodded looking at Hades and his hair started to glow blue, sighing he spoke "haven't lost my touch." he said about to walk over to Audrey but stood face to face with Adam and they started growling at each other that's when i saw my mom swing her staff and i ducked but inside of hitting me with it she hit Hades and Adam and they stopped running there shoulders.
Adam moved out the way and Hades walked over to Audrey before looking back at me reaching out his hand. Looking at it sighed before grabbing it as he pulled me closer to him he waved the ember over Audrey over and over everything started turning blue. Trying to channel all that i have my scepter started to glow and i could feel some strange energy coming from him...i felt cold and hot at the same time. As the feeling started to die down the color around us started changing back to the way it was and Audrey popped up like a zombie.
"Did you feel that?" Hades whispered glancing at me and i nodded in response. "Tell me it was all a bad dream." Audrey said as she looked around at all of us. "I wish I could but, it's over now." Ben said and i stepped back standing next to mom, Hades, and Andy.
"I'm sorry. I wanted to hurt you, I wanted to hurt all of you." Audrey said looking at me than everyone else. "I have owed you an apology for... a very long time now."
"And so have I." Ben and Mal said in sync "And perhaps, I have owed you one, too." i scoffed "Yeah you do" i said looking at Audrey's grandmother. "Oh, yeah." Hades scoffed as the guards grabbed him and he looked at me before winking. "Thanks for a glimpse of the sun." he whispered to me as they took him away and Mal followed him.
"Shall we, i have something i need to tell everyone" i said and Ben and Mal nodded, we went our separate ways to change and met back up. As we walked through the tunnel my dress changed again.

Everyone started cheering. Making it up the stairs mom, Bell and Adam were there they bowed and we bowed back before we went to talk to every one of Auradon.
"Lady Mal and I wanna thank you for celebrating our engagement with us today. I couldn't be prouder or happier to call you my Queen." Ben said smiling at Mal "So... raise your glasses. To our future Queen of Auradon." I said raising my glass "To our Queen of Auradon!" the cheered drinking. "I have something else to say" i said handing my glass over and everyone else took a step back so that i can just address the people. I took a deep breath and looked down at Andy who was smiling back up at me. "I can't be Queen of Auradon."
"Marilyn." Ben said grabbing my arm and looking into my eyes, i smiled at him and pat his hand "I can't turn my back on the Isle not anymore." i whispered to Ben and he looked at me confused but nodded his head still. "We made a decision to close the barrier forever and it was my idea but it's wrong. I've learned that you can't live in fear...because it doesn't actually protect you from anything.
You never know where the bad is going to come from, and you never know where the heroes are going to come from either. Without Uma and her pirates, Auradon would be gone. And without Calypso, my mother and Hades Mal's father...Audrey would be gone. We are all capable of good and bad, no matter which side of the barrier we come from and that's why I can't be Queen of just Auradon. I have to be Queen of the Isle, too and it's time that we take the barrier down forever."
"We can't do that." Adam said to us and i was about to say something but my mom stepped in "It's up to them Adam no hush your mouth you can't even control the barrier i do" he hung his head down. I choose to be a King who moves forward It's time for forgiveness. It's time for new beginnings. The barrier will come down!" Ben said and everyone cheered.
"Bring it down, Marilyn." Ben said and Andy handed me my scepter and mom stood next to me, waiting for me, i could see Mal and everyone else come up and stand behind me. "Ready mom," i asked her wrapped my arm around her shoulder "Ready" she said pointing to her scepter as i pointed mine at the barrier and like a snap of your fingers it started coming down and it was placed with a beautiful bridge "we did it, mom," i said hugging her "i knew you would, it took you a little too long" she replied and i just laughed hugging her tighter as i felt everyone else started hugging us.
