James rubs his eyes roughly and they flicker open. He yawns while stretching and hops out of bed. He quickly got dressed and ruffled his hair before checking his phone:

James grinned and raced down to the common room.
Sirius: What are you doing so early mate?
James: I have a date with Lily! *grinning like a madman*
Remus: I have a bad feeling about this. I don't think Lily would ever say yes.
James ignores this and dashes out of the room. Luckily he is in such a hurry he doesn't notice Lily looking at him skeptically from the corner of the common room. Soon he is at The Three Broomsticks.
