Different colors of fireworks sprung up in the sky and exploded into many tiny mesmerizing particles. The fireworks were bright and beautiful, that's what Hinata said the moment she saw the fireworks.

Meanwhile, her boyfriend stood a few steps away from her watching her awed form looking at the colorful fireworks.

Takemichi gulped.

He felt brave.

Brave enough to hold Hinata's hand.

His hand twitched before taking a hold of Hinata's hand. "Hina.." he smiled as he turned his head to look at Hinata.

Only that that wasn't Hinata's hand, but Naoto's. Her brother.

"Uh.." Naoto awkwardly grinned at the dumbfounded Takemichi. "H—hey.."

"Naoto!?"

Takemichi felt the same feeling of time leaping.

"N—- Naoto!?" He sputtered.

Hinata turned her head to her brother. "Eh? You're here too Naoto?"

'you got to be kidding me!!!' Takemichi's mouth dropped open.

A 26 year old Takemichi Hanagaki woke up from bed screaming with tears flowing out from his eyes. He was bawling his eyes out from the missed out opportunity of holding Hinata's hand and accidentally holding Naoto's hand.

Future Naoto walked over to him with narrowed eyes. "Takemichi-kun!"

"Now I'm back! " Takemichi cried even more.

Naoto smiled from his hypothesis becoming a fact. "So that means you managed to return to the past?" Then he raised his hand and looked at his palm. " So that means our handshake is the trigger!"

Takemichi turned his head at Naoto and glared at him. " Just why were you there..!"

" Eh? What are you talking about?"

Takemichi facepalmed.

"Anyways, so my theory wasn't wrong!"

" Yeah, yeah. You're right." Takemichi sighed.

" And you've made it back."

" Huh?"

Naoto pursed his lips before replying. "I understand now.. about everything." Then he smiled. "what about you? You coming back means you made progress right?"

Takemichi sweated. " W—well.."

An irk mark appeared on Naoto's forehead as he clenched his fist. "You shook my hand on accident!?" He glared at Takemichi. "Get yourself together!"
