Recap:
During the celebrations, they had no idea that word about a girl pulling out the sword had reached the holy knight.
3rd person P.O.V.
It was now night time and the tavern was packed with people celebrating the release of their village. As (Y/n) was serving tables Elizabeth, Hawks and Meliodas were talking about what Elizabeth should do to gather intel and her job as a waitress in general. Elizabeth was having trouble with all the things that were throuwn at her all at once.
Meanwhile in an other place...
"So your telling me a child pulled out my sword?" those words came out off of a pink haired mans mouth.
" The soldiers that saw it must be our of their mind!! I must have been an accident that a child-"
" Are you saying that an 'accident' pulled out a holy knight's sword?" the man interapted.
"N..No sir!"
"I will see if this was an accident or not. Give me the general direction and distance to the village."
"4 o'clock southwest, 7.3 miles away, do you intent to go there...?"
"As if...your spear can i borrow it?"
"Yes sir!"
The holy knight positioned himself at the balcony door. He lifted the spear, infusing it with his mana. Lightning started to appear around it and with one swift movement he send it flying.
At the tavern...
As (Y/n) was serving tables with Elizabeth she felt a large amount of mana headed their way.
"Object approaching. 7 o'clock, 20 miles per hour. Highly infused with mana." she said as she gave her disk to Meliodas and went outside. A little dumbfounded at first , Meliodas let her take care of it since he knew she could handle it. A few moments later Elizabeth run out with a few tears in her eyes. She was sad that she couldn't wait tables without making any mistakes. Outside (Y/n) was waiting for the spear to strike. She noticed Elizabeth sitting some meters away but didn't approach her because 1 she had to catch the spear and 2 she could see Meliodas coming her way so she thought he would handle it. She knew either way she wouldn't be any help to the princess since she doesn't understand human emotions. As the two "humans" were talking (Y/n) was preparing to catch the spear. As the spear appeared in the sky (Y/n) raised her hand towards it and casted her spell.
"Lösen Kein-Eintrag." Just as she said that an energy barrier was created. Once the spear made contact with the barrier it stopped and a powerful gust of wind was created. (Y/n) stayed like that, staring at the weapon of a few seconds before she deactivated her spell and let the spear fall to the ground. "Magic analyzed and stored to the database." Meliodas picked the, still infused with magic, spear of the ground, took aim and send it flying towards the direction it came.
" It would be best for everyone if we leave the village" said Meliodas while dusting his hands.
"B-but what if he targets her again?" protested Elizabeth.
" My analyzes suggest a higher persentage of the village being safe if we take our leave" (Y/n) cut in answering the princess.
" Plus they know we won't stay here forever." added the blonde
"But we haven't gathered any information yet!"
" That is incorrect. Various information was gathered during our time waiting tables."
"Huh?" Elizabeth was confused by the words of the other girl.
"Exactly! What do we need to do?" asked Meliodas with a smile adoring his features.
"What we need to do? Oh! Of course!"
And so they set of to the forest of white dreams in hopes of one of the sins being there.
