"Now it's time to open the tavern!"

3rd Person P.O.V.

It had been a couple of weeks since (Y/N) and Meliodas came across. She had gotten the hang of the job, as long as you overlook the emotionless way of speech and the weird questions she would ask people when she didn't understand something. She was good at gathering information that she would relay to Meliodas. So far no useful information was acquired but they are getting a few leads.

Today was a busy day for the two and the pig. (Y/N) was serving five giant steins while Meliodas was filling three cups while aled The door opened and a guy asked if there was any more room. Meliodas jumped over the counter as (Y/N) went to serve the ale.

"How many people, sir?" asked Meliodas

"Three," said the guy."Can you move a bit?"Meliodas asked some customers.

"Miss can we have some snacks over here!? Anything's fine!"

"Understood. Meliodas can you make something for table 6?" said the young girl turning to the blonde.

"Sure thing. Can you get 4 Vanya ale and 5 beers to table 3 and 8, please? Thank you" he said and disappeared into the kitchen. (Y/N) went behind the counter and started pouring the said drinks. Once she had them she started giving them to the customers. In the meantime, Meliodas had come back with the food.

"Sorry to have kept you waiting! The "Boar Hat" meat pie special!!" said Meliodas with a big smile.

"Ohh, it looks delicious!!" said the men at the table. In the little time (Y/N) was there she had come to witness how awful his cooking was no matter how good it looked. The men took a bite at the meat pie and spit it out immediately.

"This is disgustiiiingg!!!" they said.

"As expected, "Meliodas said shielding himself from the food with the disk.

"HEY, B*STARD JUST WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU SERVING!?"

"You said anything is fine." said (Y/N) with no emotion as she was cleaning a table.

"ARE YOU TRYING TO PICK A FIGHT!?"

"Oh dear what a troublesome customer." said Meliodas calmly bringing the guy's attention back too him.

"WHAT'D YOU SAY? YOU WANNA GO AT IT BRAT!!?"

"Hey...!This kid got a sword" said one of the men.

"Clean it up..." said Meliodas while snapping his fingers. (Y/N) was just observing the reaction of the people saving any info she thought was important.

"Geez, what a paaain.What do you want from me? Pugo." said Hawk as he entered the scene. Everyone was confused save for Meliodas and (Y/N).

"A...a pig!"

"Pig? Don't insult me, I'm a pig that gets people to come here." said Hawk with pride.

"Hawk clean up the floor." ordered Meliodas.

"Tch...What a pain..." said Hawk trying to sound cool."Hahh...actually, how about feeding me some more decent food scraps?"

"If it's a pig whole roast, I seriously feel like I could pull it off. It's just roasting it after all."Meliodas whispered just loud enough for hawk to hear.

"Deliiiiicious!!!These food scraps are the best!!"Hawk then shouted.

"L...Looks like it doesn't matter anymore..." said the man who was shouting a moment ago.
