Even though she was reunited with the most important people in her life, Lilly still felt as if she was a kingdom of one, having to face the world all by herself. Her eyes were fixated on the black leather of the driver seat while her hands were tightly wrapped around her apron that laid on her lap. They were driving to the diner she worked at, Dean behind the wheel as always.

"You really sure about this? You've got a normal life right now," he spoke as he laid his eyes briefly on the girl through the rearview mirror. Lilly huffed, debating how much of her life was actually normal. Her having a nine to five job was normal, but what she did while working, not so much. She checked every person coming in to make sure they were human. It was the small things; replacing the cutlery with pure silver, pouring a bit of holy water in about everything. It kept Sioux Falls the slightest bit safer, and it made her feel useful.

"If there's only the slightest of chance Satan's involved in this, I'm in. I was the one to set him free, I'll be the one to kill him," Lilly spoke determinedly as she got out of the car, making a bee-line for the entrance of her job. Was she really going to kill him? She wondered while catching a brief glance at her reflection in the glass door. Could Satan even be killed? Was the next thing that crossed her mind before entering the dinner. After the eighty years, Lilly had spent in hell, one thing was certain. She could not be killed by him, or at least that's what she thought. Maybe he just didn't try hard enough or was it not his intention. At the end of the day, Lilly could bleed. An anything that bleeds, can be killed. She wasn't the only creature that spilled blood in the cage, however, so did Lucifer. One hit, that was all she was capable of throwing in their fight. That one hit was enough for her to know Satan bled.

A brief image of the blood he spat out on the metal ground of the cage filled her vision as Lilly placed her hand on the door handle of the diner door. Shaking her head as she entered making direct eye contact with Robin, better known as the asshole of the company. Her boss was once again busy on his phone while the other staff was drowning in work. The bell hanging above the door that rang caught his attention, making him look up from his device for half a second.

"Lilly," he began as he immediately tossed a towel her way. "Where did you go? It's super busy." Mooney scoffed before answering.

"Where'd I go?" she asked sarcastically while taking a seat on one of the bar stools. "I wasn't even supposed to work today, Robin." Her reason went right over his head, causing him to put her right back to work. With his eyes still on his screen, he loosely pointed to one of the tables.

"Table two wants a coffee refill," Lilly-Mae's eyes drifted off to the table all the way in the corner of the diner, in the booth was an elderly couple seated, and Lilly had been serving them daily for the past two months. They wore kind smiles like always, but going in against her intuition, Lilly decided on pulling Robin's attention fully her way.
