3rd person:

Benny was walking out of the small convenient store that was next to the skate park that had graffiti and was full of people. As he was looking around at the people he noticed his friend Julissa. She was wearing a black oversized biggie smalls shirt with khaki cargo pants and her black and white Nikes. She was skating and a tall blonde guy was recording her as she did a kickflip.

 The group of boys cheered over a rap song someone was playing from their boombox. All you heard was "OHHH!", and "SHIT THAT WAS AWESOME!". Then he heard "Fuck...shit that was dope!" Benny looked at the group and saw a very young kid he looked about 13, he was smiling and laughing as the other guys cheered.

A/N: if you've ever seen the movie Mid 90s you get what all this is. Mid 90s x Sandlot, see what i'm doing ;)

Y/Ns Pov:

I laughed at the over exaggerated cheers the boys were giving and sat next to one of my friends, fuckshit on the floor. He handed me the one of the jugs full of water all six of us were sharing. And yes I hangout with 5 teenage boys besides benny. I met them at a skate shop I used to go to. They would all hangout there as two of the five boys would serve the customers.

 Fuckshit is the one next to me drinking vodka or some shit in a Gatorade bottle. Fuckshit isn't his real name but we call him that cause every time he sees a dope skateboard trick he says "Fuck...Shit that was dope!" Ray is like the best. He has the same tricks as everyone else but his style is what makes his tricks better somehow. 

And then There's Ruben the only Hispanic besides me. He gets abused at home so he usually doesn't go back home and  just hangs with us or goes somewhere else. Fourthgrade is the one who recorded me doing a kickflip. He loves filming and wants to make movies. Also we call him fourthgrade cause he's as smart as a fourth grader. 

Then there's Stevie he's the youngest cause he's 13. But we call him sunburn sometimes since ray asked him when we first met him if he thinks black people get sunburn. And he just said what are black people. To this day I don't know if he was joking or not since he looked very clueless and dumbfounded when ray asked him that question.

 "Julissa!" I heard someone yell. I turned my head quickly and so did Fuckshit but he looked super confused. "Who the fuck is that." he said taking a swing of the alcohol he had in his hand after. I sucked my teeth and smacked his shoulder. "Ayyy, whatd I do ma?" he said rubbing his shoulder. he only flirted or called me names like like mamas or ma when he's drunk or tipsy. 

"Are you drunk?" I said "Yeah.." He said smirking and doing his stupid ass laugh he always does when hes drunk as he takes another swing of alcohol, I sighed. "That's my other friend dipshit, you do know I hang out with other friends besides y'all right?" I said annoyed as I rolled my eyes and  waved to benny. "Yeah but he just standin' there all awkward and shit." Fuckshit said as benny waved back and walked away.

 "fuckshit." I said. "yeah?" he said. "shut up." "ok." I laid down on my back and put my legs on Fuckshits lap. He picked up his arms so I can adjust and then he rested his arms on my legs as he continued cheering and watching the others and I was just there flapping my shirt and wiping my sweat since it was hot as hell. 

                                                            later that evening

Y/Ns Pov

I got home and put my skateboard in my closet. I sat on my bed and started thinking what i was going to do. I looked around my room and my eyes fell on my new cell phone that my mom bought me, the Nokia Cityman 1320. I grabbed it and started dialing Bennys phone. I put it up to my ear as benny answered it.
