Gabriel woke up, he felt nothing under his arm, and realized Nathalie hadn't been there, he jumped up and ran out of the room, then Marinette pulled him down beside her behind the staircase, careful not to distract Nathalie.

AU- I don't have an answer for you, heartless bitch!

N- I knew you were working with Sean.

Audre crossed her arms and growled, she lunged for the bow staff, but missed, tripping over the streamers she'd destroyed, and making her even more upset. She yelled in anger and was able to grip the top of the staff, knocking Nathalie off balance, then she ducked down, moving the bow staff so it was horizontal with the floor.

N- I'm not heartless, it's simply a name.

AU- YES, ONE THAT DOESN'T LIE BITCH!!

N- One more time, try me.

AU- WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?!

She demanded, and picked up a butter knife, attacking Nathalie. She managed to stab her arm, not hard, but there was still blood drawn to the wound, that's when Gabriel decided to intervene, Nathalie ran at her with the bow staff, Gabriel ran to her from behind and too the bow staff from her hand, holding her in a hug from behind, she jolted up, alert.

G- YOU NEED TO STOP, BOTH OF YOU!

N- How long...

G- Please, you've already gotten hurt and this won't go over well. Please...

He could still feel Nathalie's body shaking with rage, as he gently combed his fingers along her arms. She growled as Audre ran out the door, Gabriel let go of her and she fell to the ground with rage. Wishing she could have done something to her, but glad she hadn't.

N- Thank you.

She stood up and leaned on his chest as Marinette showed the, the video.

M- Are we going to show the mayor?

N- I don't know, what do you think?

G- It would be the right thing to do. But tomorrow, we all need rest.

N- And more decorations, all of the work from yesterday is down the can.

G- I know, I know.

Marinette had gone back to bed, and Gabriel kneeled down next to Nathalie, softly letting her lean on him. They still had time, they would just have to work harder.

G- Let me see your arm.

N- It's fine.

She walked off to the window, breaking Gabriel's hold on her. The rain was still pouring, but she could only hear it on the roof. Her phone rang, she yelled and threw it across the room. Then sank down on the side of the window.

G- Do you want to be left alone?

N- No, I don't ever want anything.

She opened her arms, and he hugged her. She started to cry, wishing she'd never yelled at Sean, theirs wouldn't have happened if she hadn't.

N- I don't want to make decisions anymore, I'm such a terrible person. If I didn't yell at him he wouldn't have done this. I wrecked something that wasn't only mine. I love you, and ruined everything. I've disappointed you.

G- No, you can't disappoint me, Nath, never.

She pulled away and dried her eyes, smiling sadly. She was mad, but thankful he was here with her, or she could've possible killed Audre. No matter how appealing the thought was.

N- Thank you for stopping me, or else I could have committed my first murder.

G- It would've been a lot of paperwork.

N- Can we go back to bed now?

G- Yes, let's go.

He helped her down from the window ledge and they went back to their room, they noticed a small window at the very top of the ceiling was open, not big enough for someone to fit in, but there was a letter on their bed. Gabriel picked it up and unfolded the paper.

GUESS WHAT HEARTLESS? I'M BACK.
