"Kay, bye!" Dream said before shutting of Twitch. He leaned back in his chairs and ran his hands down his face. He had struggled to stay awake the whole stream. The only thing keeping him awake was George screaming at him.
"You alright Dream?" George asked, reminding him he was still on Discord. "You sounded tired."
"Ah, I didn't sleep last night. There was this real loud storm and it kept me up." He didn't want to throw Sap under the bus, so he didn't mention how he stayed up because he was scared.
"Oh, you could have canceled stream to get your rest." George said, feeling a little bit guilty that Dream had stayed awake for the stream.
"No, I've been promising this stream for a while. Fans would get pissed if I didn't do it." He replied.
"Well I'm gonna leave you now, you better get some sleep." George said. Before Dream could protest he heard the ping of George leaving the call. He looked at his profile left alone in the voice chat and hit the disconnect button.
He sighed and got up from his desk. He left his room and walked over to Sapnap's door. He pushed his ear against the door and could hear him softly snoring. He smiled to himself then went to make some food.
He technically hadn't eaten in a day, since he hadn't eaten anything all night. He quickly made and ate his food. Once his dishes were cleaned, he went out to the living room.
Just as he sat down and turned on the tv, Sap had walked out of his room rubbing his left eye. He yawned and went to the kitchen, getting a cup of water. He drank nearly all of it then put it down on the counter and joined Dream on the couch.
"You sleep at all?" The younger boy asked.
"No, I just ended a stream with George." He replied. Sap gave him a confused look so he continued, "I thought it'd be better if I did the stream earlier so I can get to bed at a decent time."
"Ah, I see." Sap turned his attention to the tv.
Dream looked at the other boy. He had never really looked at his side profile, but now that he is he notices every curve and do it if his face. Even from the side, Dream could tell that Sap had just woken up. Sleep was still prevalent on his features.
Clay shook his head to break him from his stare, and turned his own attention towards the tv. He watched the screen but couldn't pay attention. His eyelids felt too heavy to keep open.
At some point he had fallen asleep. His elbow propped up on the arm of the chair and his chin resting on the palm of his hand. The show finished and Nick looked over to Dream.
He smiled to himself when he saw the older boy was asleep. He grabbed the throw blanket that they had over their couch and he lauded it on top of Clay. He stood up from the couch and turned the tv off, so any noise didn't wake him.
Sap went to his room and shut the door so he wouldn't wake Clay. He hopped on discord and saw Bad was in a call with Quackity. He quickly checked to see if they were streaming and when he saw they were both offline he joined the call. He hadn't wanted to interrupt anything if either one of them were live.
"Hey Sapnap!" Bad said excitedly.
"Hey Sap, what's up?" Quackity asked.
"Not much. I'm stuck in my room cause Dream is asleep on the couch. We stayed up all night and instead of sleeping he decided to stream. So, he passed out on the couch while we were watching tv." Nick replied.
"Oooo, what were you guys doing all night hmm?" Quackity teased. Sap could hear the smile in his voice.
Sap turned on his camera and looked straight into it. "Shut up Quackity." He said, smirking.
The two others boys turned on their cameras also. They talked for a few hours until Bad had to get off. Quackity and Sap stayed on a bit longer, but said their goodbyes eventually and Sap was left alone again. He shut off his computer and quietly opened his door.
Dream had sometime moved so he was properly laying down now. Sap chuckled to himself, surprised that Dream was still sleeping on something as uncomfortable as the couch and somewhere as bright as the living room. Sap went back into his room and kept quiet until Dream woke up.
Dream opened his eyes and was surprised to feel a blanket covering him. He pulled the blanket off and put it on the couch where he had remembered it being. He looked around the living room and saw it was still light out. At least he hadn't slept the whole day.
He noticed Sapnap wasn't in the living room anymore. He realized that he must have fallen asleep while watching tv with the younger boy. He felt embarrassed, fallen asleep with Sapnap there. He couldn't remember if he had grabbed the blanket and put it on himself, or if Sapnap had done it.
"Hey Sap!" He yelled, figuring he had gone into his room.
He heard a shuffle then a door opening. "You're awake." Nick made his way to Dream, who was now sitting up. "I thought you'd sleep until night."
"Yeah, sorry about that." Clay said, stretching.
Sapnap didn't often see Dream after he woke up. Dream would stay in his room for hours after he had woken up and came out when he was finally hungry enough to. Dream's hair was sticking up in every direction and his face seemed more peaceful.
His voice was soft too, a complete contrast of how he sounded when fully awake. Dream saw him staring, and remembered how he had done just the same when Sapnap had woken up. Dream felt less guilty knowing Sapnap was doing the same.
He had felt that it was some sort of invasion of privacy, or just creepy to do. But seeing as Sapnap was doing it also, it felt as if it was okay.

I really hate this chapter but it was either make something really bad or nothing at all. I promise the next chapter will be a lot more interesting than this one.
