Y/N's POV

I was outside, sitting by the fire with Pico, talking with him.

"So, when's your sister coming home?" I asked.

"Uhhh..maybe a week, that's what she told me."

"Awe. When did she leave, anyway?"

"Maybe...i think some months ago."

I went silent. He hadn't seen his sister in months.

"She was supposed to come back for her birthday a week ago. She never came. Maybe they got behind schedule and stuff."

i genuinely felt bad.

"Hey, atleast you'll see her soon, right?"

He smiled. "Yeah."

i smiled back.

I heard shouting. "GUYS, GUYS, YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT I FOUND." Garcello shouted. I looked over. He got on his knees infront of me, showing me a bird. "Should we name him?" He asked again.

"Garcello, that's a wild bird.."

"And? It's a bird." I shot back.

"Eh, little man probably has a family to get back to." Garcello got back up, walking off, coming back a while later. He hugged me from behind- it spooked me, but i liked it. I felt something pick me up. It was Garcello, setting me in his lap. He hugged onto me, as we sat with Pico by the fire. I'm surprised the fire stayed up with the snow, but that's alright.

A door opened. "PICO! PICO!" Cherry shouted, running over. "The fuck is it now?" He questioned. Cherry handed him an envelope. I watched as he opened it. A letter.

"by the time.. HOLY SHIT!" Pico cheered.

"What's going on?" Keith shouted, rushing out.

I noticed as Pico started to cry.

Pico got up, hugging them both.

I looked up, seeing that Garcello seemed a bit confused. "SHE'S COMING BACK!" Pico shouted, crying into their shoulders.
I smiled. At least he know she's coming back. I'm actually kinda interested in meeting her. Maybe it's a bit too cold, and everything's getting in the way as they dig? I mean, Pico did tell me she's only really warm around 80 degrees...something tells me a fever is nothing to her.

"What's goin' on?" Garcello looked down at me. "His sister's coming home." I replied.

"I bet that's nice." He smiled. I nodded, leaning into him a little. It isn't my fault he was so comfortable. I gently hugged onto his arm, finally feeling a bit warm in this weather. Eventually we all went inside, everyone getting some hot cocoa. It didn't taste too bad, actually.

"Jesus, Cherry, you make some good hot cocoa." I spoke. She giggled. "Thank you. My mom taught me how to make it just right."

We all talked a bit, enjoying ourselves. It wasn't so bad. Just simple conversation. We all watched some movies together for the rest of the day. Pico seemed a bit excited to see his sister again- i can kinda understand why. He hadn't seen her in months. Nor has he seen his parents for some months, too.

When it reached three in the morning, we decided to gather up, and clean up the trash from the snacks, and throw them away, and get ready for bed.

Timeskip

I woke up to a doorbells ring. I looked at my phone. what in the fuck..it was already seven. The sun was supposed to start rising an hour ago, but it decided to start rising now. Alright then. I slowly got up from bed, stretching. I brushed my teeth and hair, before putting on a shirt and heading downstairs. I slowly opened the door, to see a woman- five foot ten. She had kinda frizzy, orange hair, and freckles. Her body was littered with scars, from what I could see. She wore a crop top, and black pants.

"Hey, uh, is Pico awake?" She asked. Her voice sounded beautiful. I wonder if she makes music in her free time. "Oh- uh, I'm not sure."

She chuckled, us both hearing footsteps. I stepped out of the way, seeing Pico stand in his place, looking at the woman in disbelief. She smiled at him, setting down her suitcase. "How's it been?" She asked. He immediately ran towards her, hugging her. He started to cry into her shoulder. "i missed you.." he spoke. She smiled, hugging back.

"Missed ya too."

Keith came downstairs. "What's going on?" He asked. Pico let go of the woman, seeming sad as he did. "HOLY SHIT, FURA, YOU'RE HERE ALREADY?" Keith exclaimed.

"FUCK YEAH I AM!" She shouted back. She got on her knees, Keith running to her. She quickly hugged onto him. "Awe, man i missed your short ass." She got back up. Cherry ran out, dragging Garcello with her. She put him next to me, and dragged her over.

"Fura! Meet Y/N and Garcello!" She spoke excitedly.

She held out her hand- i never realized she had on a singular, brown glove. I shook her hand, Garcello doing the same. "God, how many people are ya gonna stuff in this house?" She asked, looking over at Pico.

"Eh, not much, lil' sis." He walked over.

"Wait- YOU'RE PICO'S SISTER?" Garcello exclaimed. She nodded.

"holy shit- hah! This is so cool! Everyone in this town loves your work!" Garcello spoke.

"Eh, Music isn't my strong suit." She shrugged her shoulders.

"How's it been with dad?" Pico asked.

"Oh, it's been alright! Steve misses you, god if only he came with. Dad's been worried about you ever since the move. Look, we all chipped in and got you something."

Cherry took Fura's suitcase, opening it, handing Fura a black bag.

"Surprised you know..clever."

Fura looked inside the bag, making sure it was the right one, before handing it over to Pico.

He looked inside, pulling out a uniform. Fura handed him the helmet. "Well? Go try it on!"

He hugged her, before rushing off.

"This day's gonna be great."
