"Any reasons why those people are not here?" I asked them
"Argentina are currently in their soccer practice, Greece is on his swimming practice, Ireland is on his Gaming club and Spain no clue" China explained as he looked at his notebook. "It seems Spain, kept forgetting about his responsibility as the Auditor of the Student Council. Portugal your his brother, maybe you should remind him of his duty." China said and look at Portugal.
"I'm sorry, I'll remind him again." Portugal apologized, "That's enough, let's proceed already" North said.
"Okay, as I said earlier. The 1st Grading Test is coming up, and so is the Sports Day and I want to know if everything is prepared and running smoothly" I asked.
"Everything is fine, and there is no problem. Each of clubs are now currently preparing for the sports day, the basketball clubs needs some new equipment and the tennis club needs new rackets" North explained.
"Asked the Treasurer about it. Then give the funds to the Club Presidents." I said, North nod.
"How about, the preparation for the Teachers and Parents/Guardian Meeting"
"Everything is running smoothly too, we already told the students about it and also the teachers already informed the students parents immediately." Mr. EU said.
"Thank you Sir, I think that all for now. Call me if anything happens. Meeting adjourn." I said and everyone stand up and get out. I took my things and also about to head out, but then I heard China called for me.
"Nada"
"Yes, China. It's there something I could help you" I said and turn to face him. He hand me over some papers and I took it.
"I already finish all the papers need to sign all you have to do it check and approve" China said.
"Thanks, and I'm sorry about my brother being a nosy." I apologized to him, Ame so do like to stick his nose to someone's business. I'm kind of worried about him.
"Ohh~ don't worry about that, I already make sure that he will not do it again." He said.
