Earth, a "Real Shit hole" my old Sargent calls it, but it's the place that I have the Honor by the maker to call Home. Not many nowadays have that, some go off to Saturn just to brag to their neighbors. Guess people have forgotten the Hell this planet has gone through, the torment that we as a species had to suffer. At first, it was just the Conspiracies. Then Unexplained events happened in Guatemala, A couple of years later the same "Unexplained" events in Los Angeles with many witnesses, but the sudden accident that took Gunnison Colo off the map was the straw that killed the poor Camel. A few decades later Outcry and a couple of Riots full of people wanting Answers after other Alien outbreaks, and then.... Dear God...Then all hell broke loose....

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The sun shined on the planet of Earth, Oceans of Blue, Forest of Green, and Clouds of White. Though its inhabitants have made bad habits of War and Pollution, it has never turned its back on us. Maybe it's a good thing that those that wish to "Progress Humankind" and "Build Better Worlds" aren't here anymore, well most of them anyway.

Anon turns off the hologram and takes a sigh. He looks over to pictures of his parents, family and friends. Thinking of the many memories made from that time in life. He looks at the time a realizes he's late!

"AH CRAP!" He exclaims. Quickly he gets dressed and runs out his Home. He rushes through the Colony, running pass people and quickly greeting them as you do, they shout back "Colony Hero". He chuckles at the name as he continues.

"You do a few good deeds at a place and suddenly you're the best thing around." He laughs as he makes way to base, as another thought occurs of his Sargent giving another one of his yelling and screaming style of discipline, but this time you have a plan. You sneak into the main hanger as everyone waits for the Sargent, but as you turn around you bump into what feels like a bear made of stone. You fall to the ground as one of your best friends stand over you.

"Come on bro, you have to watch your Blind spots."

You stand up with a funny look on your face. "And I told You to stop stealing Extra rations from the lunch Hall, you walking Refrigerator." He proceeds to head lock and he drags you with the rest of the group as you laugh.

This is COUGER, The Team I've been with for a good while, I couldn't have gotten better. Good Soldiers, and Good People. Something that is kinda rare in our line of Marines, some of these platoons consist of Random Mercenaries, that would sell YOUR soul for whatever pocket change their employers have.

"You almost didn't make it, Sargent been gathered us an Hour ago." says Sister Soldier, "A threat level Alpha, might not make it back this time." Everyone chuckles at the statement.

Sketch comes in with his pad and reads out the order, "Sargent Cabot, there is a possible out break on LV 279, and from the Specs they haven't reported for a status update in Weeks."

Frog-it Groans loudly. "Another bug Huuunt? That's the Fifth one this Month, these things need to be left to DIE somewhere! Not Experimented and "StUdIeD." he says in a mocking tone. "I have half a mind to go to Wayland himself and give him a piece of my mind about these Fuckin experiments!"

"Well Marine maybe you can if you Make it back home!" Everyone's attention turns to Sargent, and they quickly stand to their feet. "At ease, yes this might be another Bug hunt, but as I always tell you, these things are Considered to be the most Dangerous creatures around and should never be underestimated! Is That Understood!" "YES SIR!" The Sargent grins "But then again, is this not the Greatest Squad the Colonial Marines have to offer?!" He says looking to them. "SIR YES SIR!" "Then let's show these bugs what were about!" They all quickly scramble and pack their equipment and prepare for Launch.

-LATER-

The ship U.S.S Reaver drifts through the cold void of space. At first glance, looking out into the star waves, you wanna believe that we as a species are all alone, but the more you think about it, It starts to get a little scary. Looking up at the stars as a Kid I'd wonder if someone was really out there, and....If they liked the space movies as Much as I did. Hm, guess I we got the batch of Killer Aliens.

The Alarm blares and Y/n wakes. Rubbing out the crust from his eyes, stretching out and stepping on the cold ship floors, then putting on his space marine themed slippers. Sister Soldier notices this, and chuckles. "Man you're in the Army and at least in your 20s and still wearing them damn Baby booties." "It's a part of the Style." Anon responds with a grin on his face. She shakes her head as she gets out the pod casually walking toward the lockers. Fridges pod open, but the only thing that comes out is his Incessant SNORES. Frog-It casually comes out of his Pod licks his hand, rubbing them together and gathers his momentum, AANND.

*SMACK*

Then the Groans of something Ancient.... Awakes "You have awoken the Bear, Time to tame it Soldier" Sargent says as he goes back into his pod. Frog-It Makes a break for it as Fridge comes out of his pod like the Behemoth he is and unleashes a yawn that resembles a creature in the land before time. He Inhales taking in at least 25% of the ships Space, and Weight tolerance. With a stretch and a sigh "We're here already? Damn, and I was just starting to Drift off...." He says with a smile on his face. "That's right fridge, and if your good you get the Extra Rations from the mess Hall." Sarge says with a sarcastic tone. Fridge gets a pep in his step as he gets to his Locker.

Anon takes another look at the Planet with a grin on his face, But something funny catches his eye. Just as he is about to focus his Vision "ANON! QUIT YOUR STAR GAZING!  WE'RE DOWN IN 7 HOURS, GET YOUR SHIT IN ORDER AND LET'S GO!" "YES SIR!" He jumps to it and gets to his Locker and readies himself for the mission Ahead.
