"I'm sure you're all excited to find out about the first event." "I'm really not." says Sky. "Anyway," continues Viking, "This challenge will decide the team captains." "So there are teams now?" asks Cyan. "Yes." responds Viking.
"Okay everyone, the challenge is to balance on this beam." The 12 athletes are dropped onto a beam of wood. Green starts by punching off Yellow and Purple. He also kicks off Sky. Orange is scared by this and falls off the beam, while Magenta jumps down. A screen flashes "Final 7." It shows images of Red, Lime, Green, Cyan, Blue, White and Black.
Cyan and White are the next two to be thrown off by Green. Red, Blue and Lime make a plan to get rid of him and Black. That's when they notice Green and Black coming at them. They manage to knock Green down.
As Red, Blue and Lime stand facing Black, Blue has a realisation. "Wait... if two of us win team captain, that means we'll be on different teams!" Red says, "I'm willing to jump down." He takes a leap off the beam. Lime says "Me too." as he follows. Viking announces that Blue and Black have won the role of team captains. They will pick the teams... but not until the next day.
