'So? Care to explain this god-knows -what mystery you have to unfold?! ', Chim asked,with a bit of sarcasm. He clearly is disappointed for not publishing the footage and i haven't given him a proper explanation for the same.

'Calm down Chim. Im getting into it. Eat your food when it's hot', i said biting onto my pepperoni pizza.

Jimin nodded and stuffed his face with food, which he usually does.

'How can someone so small eat that much?!', Jungkook, who was currently sitting on the dining table, dramatically gasped.

I tried hard to suppress my laugh but ended up coughing.

'What happened y/n? Did you choke on your food?', Tae asked in concern.

'No,I mean, uhmm, yes', i let out a small cough.

Tae patted my back and gave me his glass of water.

'Here, drink this'.

'Aaaand here is the 1896th time of me third wheeling', Jimin rolled his eyes.
He received a glare from Tae.

I don't know why, but Jungkook seemed to be a bit annoyed by Tae's actions.

'Enough joking around. Let's come to the real matter', i sat straight, trying to sound serious.

All eyes, including my new ghost friend's, were on me now.

I kept Jungkook's diary on the table.

'Dont', he shook his head.

I slightly mouthed him to calm down, being careful that no one caught me in the process.

'Isn't that the diary from the manor?!', Taehyung recognised it immediately.

'Yes it is. And what i found in here is really amazing and in Chim's language, it is worth a fortune'.

'Oh what's so special about this old worn out diary. Don't tell me that it's made from the skin of an extinct animal or something', Jimin tried to take the diary but i quickly pulled it away from him.

'Hey i don't promote animal violence, shorty', Jungkook folded his hands on his chest.

'Ehmm... Not this diary you stupid. But what i found inside it', i turned a few pages, making sure that they could not see the content in it, and took out the picture of the ring.

'This. This ring is what I'm talking about', i pushed the picture to the middle of the table.

'This is a Blue sapphire diamond ring.
The blue sapphire, which is extremely rare, is a heirloom of the Jeon family. It was passed down over generations and the last owner of this antique was supposedly Jeon Jungkook who was killed in the manor'.

Jungkook's eyes narrowed at me. 'I bought the ring from England a few weeks before my death'.

I simply decided to ignore his comment.

'So as i was saying, the last owner of the ring was killed and ever since, the ring was missing. Think about it. If we work together maybe we can find the ring! After all we were thinking about taking a break from our paranormal stuff and this seems to be a right case at the right time!!', i tried to look as enthusiastic as possible.

'Hmm... Interesting', Tae took the picture and looked at it.

'Does that mean we have to go to that damn mansion again!! No way in hell!!', Jimin slammed his fist on the table.

'If shorty doesn't stop talking shit about my manner, then I'll be sure to punch the-'

'Actually, that's were you guys got me wrong. I was sure that you lot will never step into the mansion again. Sooo.... I may have already dig up a few leads for us', i said with a sly smile.
