Mr. Chase pov

I heard Annabeth scream from her room. I grabbed a water bottle and ran up to her room. I opened her door and saw her, asleep, screaming and thrashing around. She yelled  'PERCY' at one point. I tried to shake her awake but like usual it didn't work. I sprayed some of the water on her face and she sat up super fast.

She was panting and crying as she sat there. "Hey Annabeth, its okay. You're okay. You're safe here" For the next half an hour I sat with her while she calmed herself down.

Percy pov

I knocked on the door to Annabeth's house. Annabeth opened it but she looked tired. "Hey Wisegirl" "Hey seaweed brain." She let me in and we walked into the living room. Her family was already sitting there.

"Hi Mr. Chase, Mrs. Chase, Sup Mathew, Bobby"

I gave each boy a fist bump. Bobby had been trying to get me and Annabeth to call him Bob for a while now but we just couldn't. It brought back to many memories.

"Annabeth why don't you go pick a movie" Her dad suggested. She nodded and got off the couch we were sitting on. once she left the room Mr. Chase turned to look at me. "I'm worried about Annabeth, She hasn't been sleeping well and when she does she wakes up screaming."

Annabeth came back in holding finding Nemo "YES" bobby and I exclaimed. The parents and Annabeth laughed. Annabeth put the DVD in the player and sat down next to me again. I put my arm around her shoulder and she snuggled into my side. I smile as Mathew turned the lights off.

Nemo was in the aquarium with the other fish and the freaky girl when Annabeth started screaming. I looked down and realized she had fallen asleep. I woke her up immediately and whispered in her ear. "Its okay I'm here. I'm fine. We're both safe. We got out. We're okay."

she calmed down and continued watching the movie. I looked to see the rest of the Chase family staring at me. "What?" I asked.

"How? It usually takes a half an hour for us to calm her." I looked down at her and she looked up at me.

"I have very similar dreams to Annabeth. All we need is the assurance that the other is alive."
