The shrilling sound of my alarm clock woke me up from my well-needed rest. "Ugh", I groaned, rolling around my bed as I grabbed my phone, checking the time. "Holy crap! I'm gonna be late for work!" I whined, grabbing my phone and towel as I ran to the bathroom, rushing to get ready.
"Okay, let's play some music whilst I get ready" I smiled, scrolling through my playlist, trying to find a song to listen to whilst I got ready. "Ooh~ how about Heaven by Julie Micheals" I smiled, connecting my phone to the Bluetooth I had installed in my house as I hopped in the shower.
After quickly showering and brushing my teeth, I blow-dried my hair and ran back out to my room, rummaging through my closest, praying that I could find a decent outfit before I had to leave.
"Oh, thank god! This will be perfect!" I smiled, putting on the outfit before putting on my accessories, grabbing my bag, and making my way to the front door. "Okay, let's hope I'm not late!" I quickly got into my car, driving off to work. I sighed, swerving onto the road, hoping that I would get there on time.

I quickly parked and made my way up to the lobby, greeting everyone I passed by as I made my way to my boss's office. "Sorry, I'm late, sir! There was horrible traffic, and I overslept and didn't have time to-" "Calm down Chiji-ah! No need to get all frantic! Besides, you're just in time," My boss and close family friend, Jayhyung smiled, greeting me warmly.
"Thank you. Um, anyway, you said that there was something you wanted to ask me?" I smiled nervously, fidgeting with my fingers as I stood in front of him. "Oh right! Don't worry; it's nothing bad. I just wanted to ask you something," he smiled, walking towards me.
"Well, there is a new position open, and I think you'd be perfect for the job." He explained, looking at me with a bright face. "Really!? Thank you so much! I-I don't know what to say! What exactly is the position?" I asked, a huge grin plastered on my face.
"Well, JYP Entertainment requires a personal assistant for their group 'Stray Kids'. Someone who is not only organized and professional but someone who will give their all into the job. It pays incredibly well, and all expenses, including living quarters, are already covered." He explained, beaming at me as he continued to speak.
"I put in a good word for you, and they are willing to interview you later on today!" he announced, a huge smile on now both of our faces. "Thank you so much, sir! I can't thank you enough for the opportunity. When exactly is the interview?" I asked, smiling slightly.
"It's this afternoon at 3 pm. The résumé was already sent in, and they wanted to interview you today" he smiled. "Thank you so much, sir! I am so grateful! I will not let you down!" she beamed, making her way to her desk. "I know you won't," he sighed, picking up his phone to finish off his work.
