Many weeks have passed and within those weeks were you and Albedo returning to Mondstadt. These days were as normal as ever for you were just there helping your lover with some research and experiments. In some days you'd sneak away from Albedo's arms to explore Stormterror's Lair in which he's forbid you to go a billion times. You'd always end up unsuccessful and he would have to scold and lecture you again and again. On your free days, you go to Angel's share to have a drink with the bard. Of course, you only drink juice. You being so weak to alcohol probably has something to do with you being an adeptus and all. You've considered Mondstadt as your second home (you still stay loyal to Morax) and you've never been happier.

Finally, it is the Windblume Festival. You excitedly went outside and admired the floral decorations that you also helped with a few days back. You're not sure wether it was just you, but Mondstadt seemed a lot brighter and colorful than usual. It's either because this has something to do with today's special event, or your amount of excitement caused you to see brighter colors.

Anyways, about Albedo; Earlier you woke up beside an empty bed. Some days you are already used to this because he works early and you wake up later than him. So at the moment, you expect him to be in his lab.

Where ever the heck that is other than Dragonspine.

First goal of the day was to talk to some citizens. The first person that came in mind was Sara. You made your way towards Good Hunter and greeted the lady.

"Good Morning Sara!"

"Y/N! You're finally awake. Good Morning, I have a special dish for you today on the secret menu" Sara whispered the last line about mentioning a special dish. "And don't worry, its vegetarian" She winks.

"Oh, I'm thankful to hear that but I haven't brought any money today. Maybe later" You wave your hands.

"The dish has already been paid, so you better have a full stomach before wondering around" Sara's words gave you quite a surprise. You replied with "so is this on the house?" Sara just shrugged and proceeded to make the dish. Huh, no straightforward answer.

You took a seat and waited patiently for your breakfast while at the same time observe your surroundings. You see a few knights wandering around with busy faces and some people already starting to play some mini games. Bards were to be seen everywhere and laughing can be heard here and there. This festival seems to bring joy to the people of Mondstadt. Same energy as the Lantern rite festival but with more color and spring themed.

"Tada! Your special dish has been made. Enjoy while its still hot" Sara gave you a sweet smile before returning to her shop.

The meal she made for you was a simple and a regular recipe but what makes it special was it is designed like a masterpiece and for some reason matches your aesthetic.

You wondered how and why Sara offered you a special dish. Your theory was maybe because its a tradition to make a meal designed just for that person on every Windblume Festival. But isn't that too much work? And the fact it's already "been paid". Who would've done that? Jean? Is it because she recognizes you as Albedo's lover and assistant? So many unanswered questions filled your mind that the hotness of the food didn't burn your tongue at all.
