Dr :-Congratulations Mr kim we got doner heart to replace your daughter weak heart
MR Kim:-Seriously ?
Dr:-yes we are damn serious ... you have only 1 day as soon as possible to reach Busan
MR Kim:'-Busan?
Dr:-Yes you have to go to the busan because we handover taesha case to the one of well known cardiologist Dr jeon jungkook who is basically from busan and serving his services in busan hospital

Time skip:-
After reaching at city hospital and completing all requirements Taesha received medication that caused her to sleep (general anesthetic) then her surgeons connected her to a heart-lung bypass machine to keep oxygen-rich blood flowing throughout her body.
Where is cardiologist jungkook? One Of surgeon asked impatiently
Nurse:-he is about to reach
Jeon jungkook:- i am here...he said while greeting

Jungkook made an incision in Taesha's chest after that he separated chest bone and opend her rib cage so to operate on her heart. then he successfully removed the diseased heart and sew the donor heart into exact place. After that procedure he attached the major blood vessels to the donor heart means jenie's heart. He did all that heavy heart because it wasn't easy for him to donnate his beloved wife heart to an other person but he did because as surgeon it was his duty to save or provide best treatment to his patient rather than being selfish and that's a doctor should be selfless and responsible. Any way The new heart often starts beating when blood flow is restored but in taesha's case it was a bit complicated her heart wasn't working or beating the way surgeons thought so after almost 10 minutes long wait surgeons decided give Taeshs an electric shock to make the donor heart beat properly. Which basically worked. After 5 hours long surgery they shifted taesha on ventilator then all surgeons left the OPT except of jeon jungkook who was non stop looking at taesha though her face was not clearly visible to jk but still he was looking at her it seemedlike he was saying good bye to jenie's heart

Taeshs's parents along with Jimin desperately waiting for surgeons departure from O.P.T when surgeons came out wearing satisfied smiles on their faces Mr and Mrs kim sighed Jimin was also looking more calm and peaceful now
Before mr kim tried to say something sweet Surgeon Lydia congratulated them Congratulations Mr and Mrs kim operation went successful Mrs kim:-thank you so much doctors just because of your hard work my daughter will be able to live her life the way she wants Mr kim:-yes we are very thankful to you all As Dr it was our duty we did nothing special...one of follower Dr respond Dr Lydia :-by the way Mr kim you should thank surgeon jeonjungkook he was the captain of ship today Mr kim:-we will definitely...by the way where is he right now I guess he is still inside...an other young doctor replied

Time skip:-
Meeting was going on between surgeon jeon jungkook and mr Kim
Jeon jungkook:- we already given medication to patient which will help with pain control or lesser pain after the surgery. We also shifted her on ventilator to help her breathe and attached tubes in her chest to drain fluids from around her lungs and heart. She'll also receive fluids and medications through intravenous (IV) tubes. Mr kim was listening surgeon jeon jungkook very attentively .
Patient'll initially stay in the intensive care unit (ICU) for a few days, then we will move her to a regular hospital room. Where she likely to remain in the hospital for a week or may be two weeks . Because The amount of time spent in the ICU and in the hospital varies from person to person. So after monitoring her and finding positive results we will decide how long she is gonna stay in hospital and yeah one more thing After patient leave the hospital, her transplant team will monitor her at her outpatient transplant center. Which will be not easy task for patient so i would love to recommed you staying close to the transplant center for the first three months would be great idea if you don't mind other wise it's all depend upone you.
Mr kim:-we will do exactly what you are suggesting after all you know better than us don't worry we will move here at least for three months.
Surgeon jeon jungkook:- She'll also be monitored for any signs or symptoms of rejection such as shortness of breath, fever, fatigue, not urinating as much or weight gain. It's important to let patient's transplant team know if she notice any signs or symptoms of rejection or infection.
After getting all information regarding taesha health mr kim was about to leave when one question made him stop
